Beaten and broken, Bane glided through an abandoned alley where only rain-washed garbage a an orange cat resided. He gripped his ribs as blood trickled out between the spaces of his fingers.

"God damn Bat.." He hissed

"God damn car was supposed to be here by now." He plopped down in the mucky alley.

He sat down with such force it scared the cat away. Darkness blanketed him so he pulled his mask off and stuck his thumb through the large hole on its left cheek.

"God dam-" He didn't have time to finish his curse.

He heard footsteps. Delicate click, click, clicks filled the alley and echoed off the brick. Bane didn't budge. Even in his condition he could rip the limbs off of any human if provoked or if he simply wanted to. He continued looking down at his mask until red, leather, high heels were in his view. His eyes followed the shoes up the porcelain legs until his stomach knotted. Beautiful, green vines woven around gorgeous thighs were a dead give away, he didn't bother following further up her body.

"What do you want...Ivy?" Bane grunted.

"Did the getaway get away, darling?" Ivy cooed sarcastically.
