James woke up from his leaf hammock and jumped off. His chest still hurt from the great magic his mother did. The magic that lets him live.

"James."

He looked up to see his father. His father handed him the newborn and motioned for him to follow. He looked at his baby sister who was asleep.

It was dawn and he was not sure why his father needed him now. He obliged and followed.

Up ahead by the 2 great trees where the thrones sat was Abigor curled up on the floor.

"Stay close." His father said. "James!"

It was to late James had run forward with the newborn.

"Abigor!"
"James! Get out of here!" He groaned.

Before James got the chance to ask why he fell back as a dark one stood by him.

The baby had started to cry and James felt her clench onto him his chest in pain.

"Get away from my brother!" James yelled.
"Another of the Kings boy. Have you been naughty or nice? Daddy's maddd!" He laughed.
"James get back here. These are mine Morax!"
"Oh pity!" Chuckled Morax.
"James get over here." Hissed the king.

James got up and walked to his father, he handed the crying baby to him.

Morax observed and grinned. He jumped off the tree and extended a pair of charcoal wings, like a moths and flew straight towards Abigor. James gasped and ran forward as his brother yelled and placed himself in front of his big brother. He yelled and vines shot forward and formed a wall in front of them.

Morax yelled and tucked his wings in crashing in the wall. He spread his arms and separated the vines. He had changed into a bull and what they thought were arms were horns.

Abigor grabbed James and tossed him to the side. He willed the vines to pin his brother down and so they did.
