Week 1, day 6, almost 2 weeks since we left the devils den.

It's been hard, I've got to admit. With the two boys almost clawing at each others necks, and me, standing in the middle, unable to make a simple decision, and with the stress of having to go back to Damons' soon, well that wasn't helping either.

"Hey Elena, do you want to go to Freddy's Diner?" Stiles asked with a smile on his face, although it didn't last long, when Scott spoke up, "Or, how about Lucky Cafe, which ever you prefer, Elena" It was obvious to me, that they weren't just trying to get me to choose a place to eat.

"Well I think she'd like Freddy's more, It has a friendly environment." Stiles stated,

"Or, Lucky, because it's a super good looking place, very well decorated."

"I think that Freddy's has a much nicer appearance"

"Well, Lucky, has excellent customer service," My cheeks reddened at that statement.

"Most excellent customer service cafes, the food comes quick," Stiles chuckles to himself, "Where as, Freddy's you stay there for a long time" Scott narrowed his eyes at Stiles, but yet, stiles still continued, "Ask Elena, she would know," Stiles smirked, and as soon as the words left his mouth, Scott was flinging himself at him, with extended teeth and a menacing growl.

"Stop it!" I yelled, but they didn't listen, "I've had enough of you two's behavior! I just want to enjoy my last few days!" With that they look at me and sigh, getting off each other and lowering their fists.

"Sorry," Stiles is the first to apologize, Scott quickly follows suit, "I didn't mean to start anything,"

I rolled my eyes at them, "Now, I will be going to The Steak House, for lunch, and I would appreciate it, if you tow were to stay here, and figure out, whatever the f*ck is going on between you two, as I can't deal with it right now." I say and make a move towards the door,

"But Elena-" Stiles tries to say but I cut in,

"No buts. I'll be back in an hour, by then you better be in a better mood, or I swear to god."

I open the door, grab my jacket which is hanging off the door handle, and make my way outside.

"Blubbering idiots." I mutter to myself as I walk down the street. It was a semi-warm day, not too cold, but cold enough to need something to cover your arms.

Finally I reach The Steak House, I hear the bell ring as I step inside, and I walk up to the counter,

"Table for one?" The young lady at the counter asks, and I nod in reply.

She seats me near a window, where I can watch as the odd truck passes by, or the occasional beaten up ute.

Past the cracked road, is the forest, nothing but massive green pine trees. That was all that stood in the way of me and my personal Hell.

Mated to a vampire. That was the last thing I wanted in life. I was so sure that I'd be mated to Scott. Although sadly enough, now that I knew Stiles, I wasn't too depressed that I wasn't. My mind was a whirling wind of thoughts, and every time one was slow enough for myself to hear, it made me even more confused then I was before.

'Scotts been with you since the start', 'Stiles is new, exciting' 'Scotts been through what you have', 'Stiles is kind and can help you through', 'Damons been chosen for you'

The last one made me blink several time, and I help my ear, slightly rocking forward and back, as I tried to get the voices to leave.

*Clink*

The plate of my desired food is placed in front of me, knocking me out of my trance, and I look up at the the waitress, who is looking at me concerned, and smile. She takes that as reassurance that I'm okay, even though, I know I'm not. I'm broken.

I'm a mess of choices, and not one can I choose correctly.

I let out a sigh as I slowly cut into the raw meat. It's weird that it's so under cooked.

The waitress comes back with a smile on her face, and places a glass of water in front of me,

"Sorry, I didn't-" I start but she cuts me off,

"No need, everyone is served with water." And as I look around, I notice i'm the only one in the restaurant. Convenient.

I nod and smile, as if thanking her, and she steps away once again.

I munch on my chips slowly as I keep looking out the window. It was so peaceful out there, nothing but the wind moving the trees.

I turn my head back around, and see the waitress watching me, I smile once again, and nod at her, once again.

She just batts her eyelashes innocently at me in return, but never stops watching.

"Can I get you more water?" She asks,

And I look at my untouched glass, "I'm good, thanks" I say, and see her eyes narrow, just the tiniest amount, but that's enough to get me suspicious.

"Actually, I could really do with a jug of water, I'm sure this will be finished soon," I say with a grateful look on my face, she smiles and cheerfully says, "Back in a tick," Before skipping off through the 'Staff Only' Swing door.

Once the door has swung three times, I stand up, leaving $20 on the counter, just incase I'm completely insane, and nothing wrong is happening, and move towards the door.

But as soon as I open the door, I realize my mistake. The bell.

Theres a still silence as I hold the door open, frozen, with my eyes squeezed shut, fearing what might happen, before I hear the swing door to the kitchen, quietly swing open. 'Im screwed' I think to myself.

"Going so soon? You didn't even finish your water," The young lady said, I turned around slowly, to see she was only a good 5 steps away from me.

"Sorry, my friends having an emergency, I've really got to go," I try make an excuse,

"Do you want me to give it to you in a take away bag?" She asks kindly, and suddenly I think I'm being totally paranoid.

"Just the chips, if possible?" She smiles and nods her head, before grabbing a take away bag and packaging up my chips, and taking it to where i'm waiting at the door,

"I do hope your friends okay," She says,

"Oh, yeah I'm sure she is, she's just having a wardrobe malfunction and needs a little advice,"  I smile kindly.

"Well, have a safe trip," She says and I thank her

How stupid was I, she was probably just staring at me because I was the only customer, and constantly asking if I needed anything, because I was the only customer.

before turning my back and opening the door again ,

"Sorry," I hear a voice behind me mutter, how strange?

I saw Stiles and Scott running towards me, there mouths looking as if they were shouting, but I couldn't hear them, so they mustn't be. How strange

They both seemed to run straight up to me, but it was as if they couldn't quite reach me, something was separating them, from me. How strange.

Something Invisible, something still there, but not, at the same time. How strange.

Glass. It's glass.

Thats when my senses came rushing back to me in one heavy blow.

There was a sharp pain in my neck, and the glass was in front of my face, whilst I starred confused out of it.

I went to feel my neck, and felt the familiar feeling of cold metal. A syringe.

I looked into the eyes of Stiles and saw him smashing his body against the glass door, trying to break in. And then Scott, banging his shoulder into the door, yelling "I'm not loosing you again!" A single tear left my eye as my body went weak, and I dropped to the floor, everything going black.

Turns out I wasn't so stupid after all.
