Heartbroken

      The next day, Youngjae woke up early so that he can avoid Jaebum. He showered and got dressed and headed out to the school's cafeteria. He sat down at a table eating the sandwich he brought and waited for time to pass. After what felt like ages, the bell signalling for first period rung.

      Youngjae went to his first class and as expected, Mark and Jackson were already there. Yes, they sat infront of him and Jaebum's desk. Now to think of it, Youngjae has not asked who Jackson's roomate was. "Hey Jackson, I haven't asked you yet but who is your roomate???" Youngjae asked. Jackson's face flushed alittle at Youngjae's question but nevertheless, he replied: "It is Mark." Youngjae's jaw almost dropped. "What the hell?! You get such a good roomate and I got motherf**king Jaebum!!!" Youngjae whisper-yelled, making sure no one could hear him besides Mark and Jackson. The duo can only stare at Youngjae in horror.

      "What???" Youngjae asked. "Bruh, are you dreaming??? You do know that Jaebum has no roomate, right???" Mark replied. "And you do know that he is the school's MOST popular and scary guy...... right???" Jackson added on. "Popular, I know but scary...... can't really see it." Youngjae answered. Mark sighed and said: "Whatever you do. Don't get on his nerves. People die from doing so." this sentence made Youngjae gulped. "Great!!! Now, not only do I have to worry about offending him but I have to worry about my death as well. This life couldn't get any "better" can it?" Youngjae thought to himself.

      This is when the teacher walks in and all of the students returned to their seats and paid attention or pretending to pay attention. Just like that, hours after hours passed by and soon, school has already ended. Again, Mark and Jackson invited Youngjae to hang out with them, Youngjae agreed but he needs to clarify a Math question with their Math teacher first before going out with them. Mark and Jackson say that they will be waiting for Youngjae outside the school gates. "Come to think of it, Jaebum hyung didn't show up at all today for class...... wait, WHAT???!!! Youngjae, focus, don't think about that jerk." Youngjae walked while shaking his head furiously.

      When Youngjae was turning a corner which led to the teacher's office, he saw a girl being pinned against the wall and a guy. When Youngjae took a closer look, he noticed the guy was...... Jaebum. Youngjae saw Jaebum inching closer to the girl's lips and unconciously, Youngjae cried, he felt as if something has stabbed his heart. Youngjae noticed that Jaebum turned to his direction thanks to him not being able to control his loud-ass crying. "S-Sorry." was all Youngjae could say before turning on his heels and running away.

      Jaebum was looking at this girl infront of her, he didn't know what was going on but this girl has been pestering him the whole day and he couldn't take it anymore so, he pinned her against the wall. He wanted to tease the girl and he did so by pretending he was leaning in to kiss the girl, the girl was flushing like mad and Jaebum could feel himself smirking. "Does this b***h really think I am going to kiss her???" Jaebum thought to himself but his train of thoughts was soon disrupted when he heard somebody crying. When he turned his face towards the direction of the sound, he saw Youngjae. Jaebum was shocked, he stood frozen at his place but before he could do or say anything. "S-Sorry." was all he heard come out from Youngjae's mouth before seeing him run away. Jaebum cursed himself under his breath and immediately chased after Youngjae, leaving the girl confused and unhappy as she was so close to getting kissed by Jaebum but that is just what this stupid girl thinks Jaebum will do.

      Jaebum couldn't find Youngjae anywhere, that is until when he stopped at a nearby corridor where there is a window which showed a view of the school's front gate. He saw Youngjae...... pretending to be fine infront of Mark and Jackson, surprisingly, Youngjae was able to pull off his act. "Idiots." Jaebum thought. "How can they not tell that he has been crying???" Jaebum thought again. "Wait...... it was my fault that he is like this......" Jaebum sighed and decided to head back to their dorm.

      Youngjae ran, as fast as he could, when he was about to reach the school gates, he slowed down and made sure all his tears were wiped away. He saw Mark and Jackson at the school's gate and forced a smile, it really pained his heart to do so. Mark and Jackson greeted him and the three of them set-off. Youngjae was surprised that he was able to trick them into thinking that he is fine and that the both of them didn't even suspect a thing or that is just what he thought.

      "Alright, tell us what's wrong. Don't think you can hide from us, your eyes are red as f**k." said Jackson the moment they sat down and ordered their drinks. "I am so busted." Youngjae told himself in his mind. Youngjae took a deep breath and told Mark and Jackson what happened. After Youngjae finished telling the whole story, Mark and Jackson were quiet for a period of time. "Youngjae, I know you will not like what I say but I think you have a crush on Jaebum." Mark said. "Yeah, that is what it looks like to me too." Jackson added. "WHAT?! No, no way in hell that I would like that jerk, maybe it was because I like the girl???" Youngjae replied. "Dude, I bet you barely know that girl, ever since you and I got into this school, you only talk to males!" Jackson said. "But-" Youngjae was cut off by Mark saying: "Well, it will definitely take you some time to realise it but one day, you will realise that Jaebum may mean more than anything in the world to you. I know this because I have been in multiple relationships before, all of them didn't end well. I know this much since I am the oldest here and one look at you, anybody can tell that you are still a virgin." Youngjae was surprised, this was the first time Mark is giving advice to him ever since they met and also, this is the first time he heard Mark talk alot but Youngjae has to admit, mark knew quite alot.

     Youngjae went back to his dorm later than usual, he wanted to make sure Jaebum is asleep before stepping into the room. He didn't want to see him, he knows that if he does, he will cry again. Thank god that Youngjae was lucky and that Jaebum was asleep the moment he got back. Youngjae quickly took a shower and went to sleep. He didn't have any homework to do since their teacher was "kind" enough to not give them homework for today. Well, the truth is, the school's printer broke down, so, their teachers couldn't print any homework out but it was still good because majority of their teachers sincerely didn't want to give them homework since it was only their freshman year.

      Today, has been a tough day for Youngjae and he is lying in bed and realised no one in his life, not even his parents can replace how Jaebum made him feel so...... heartbroken. With that, Youngjae's eyes grow heavier and heavier each second and he finally fell asleep.

Hi guys!!! I am back. I know this chapter is abit sad and shitty but I will make it up in the future chapters. In case you have no idea why Jaebum is in the same class as Youngjae even though he is his hyung, it will be explained in one of the future chapters and I hope people reading this chapter will enjoy it and anticipate the next chapter.
