"What made you change your mind? What happened when you went missing from Viggo's camp?" I asked curiously. We had managed to get past most of the guards but there was still a couple left. Dagur pointed to one of the walls and walked over before squeezing into a tiny gap "come on, through here" I went through followed shortly by Heather.
Just as Heather squeezed through the gap we heard one of the guards shout "THEY'VE ESCAPED!" And everything went into panic mode I assumed that because everyone was panicking that meant Viggo was out. "If we wait here long enough they'll leave the island to search for you, that's when we leave" Dagur whispered.
"And where are our dragons?" I demanded he tell us "oh they're in here somewhere" just as he said that Windsheer and Shadow came running over "see" Dagur added smiling. It wasn't long before the hunters left the island just like Dagur said they would. "And how do we get out of the cave?" Heather asked.
Dagur walked off so we followed him to a larger entrance to the cave. I sat on Shadow's back and offered a hand to Dagur and helped him climb up. "We can't go to the edge they'll be expecting that" I called over to Heather.
"You got a better plan?" She called back. "Yeah, but it's kinda stupid and dangerous" I replied, there was one place I knew we could go I just wasn't sure how the others would take it. "Dagur, I need to know that I can trust you" I said as soon as we landed on a large icy island. "Fine, I'll tell you what happened" he sighed.
