Step one; every time the thoughts pass through your head ignore them, say no. The thoughts that trail your head are enemies trying to break through the barricade, the chance of collateral damage is high.

Step two;take your medication 

step three; don't wait around for your chemistry to change, don't wait for the medication to kick in. It is up to you to change your life according to what you want. 

Step four; you dont need to be corrected, be unapologeticly rude, dont wait dont stutter, breathe in and say no this time. 

Step five; realize that someone is there, your not alone, this isnt the end. Suicide is a cowardly way to go. your stronger then you think. 

Step six; trust them, let them know when your sad, when your happy, when youve made the thoughts stop, when you stop seeing yourself as dead meat. Let them rejoice that their child is home. 

Step seven; embrace the bad days, hug them better, hold them so tight they dont want to come back. 

Step eight; put the razor down, leave the pills alone, this isnt the way out.
