Sleepy days

I'd wandered around the studio, trying to find a place for some shut eye. Soo Hee kept me up yet again. Rambling on and on about her lunch date with Namjoon. She went through every little detail. Making sure to not leave any piece of information out. "Somebody's tired." Tae tussled my hair. "Stop touching her hair." Jimin sounded from next to me. I was curled up on the couch. Wrapped in a blanket Id brought from home, my hands clutching on to hot packs. "You guys aren't recording today, why'd you come?" Jimin shrugged. "We didn't have a schedule today, didn't want to be bored I guess."

"Yah are you trying to get rid of us?" Tae acted as if he'd truly been hurt. "I'm starting to think you're just using us." I chuckled and rolled my eyes. "Using you for what exactly?" He squeezed his way onto the couch. "Maybe to get closer to someone" He wiggles his eyebrows and nudged my arm. "What?" Jimin chuckled and stood, pulling a chair in front of me. "What do you think about Jungkook." I froze. I'm sure the change in my demeanor was evident. "W-what do you mean, what do I think of him." Tae laughed a bit and nudged me more. "Don't you think he's cute. He's really handsome" By now im sure my eyes were bulging out of my skull. And that a trail of sweat gathered down my face. "Y-yah what are you trying to say." I said shakily, nudging him back. "He did get you a cola." He added as Jimin nodded. "And we know about the text he sent you."

My throat dried as I thought back to that night. How the message kept me awake and thinking. "O-oh that. That was nothing." Jimin rolled his eyes with a smirk, Tae still nudging me. "Come on. We know him." He stated and swirled around in the chair. "Plus he'd never just text someone for no reason. Especially a girl." I blushed a bit. It was a sweet gesture, one I'm sure had no meaning. Even so. "There's nothing going on. H-he was just curious I guess." I smiled a bit looking down. "Look at her face!" Tae laughed and poked my cheek. "You like him don't you." My head shot up to Jimin. "N-no. I barely even know him."

"Well do you want to get to know him?" He smirked as I sunk back a bit. "He's a really good kid." He smiled proudly. "It's cute" Tae added. "What's cute?"

"How you like him."

"I don't. I already told you." I tried stirring them away from that idea. It wasn't working. "He's on his way over" I sat up quickly. You're joking right?" I looked down at my outfit. Suddenly hating what my eyes saw. I'd looked ridiculous. I covered myself with my blanket, holding it right beneath my eyes. "You're right-" he chuckled. "He's not" they burst into laughter. Teasing and taunting me like high schoolers.

"Yah look! The look on her face!" Tae boasted as Jimin laughed, his shoulders shaking with pride. "Aish. This is too cute." Embarrassed I stood, tossing my blanket on the couch. Their laughter simmering as I headed towards the door. "Juyeonie where are you going!" The joy in their voices we're still evident. Still I'd ignored them. Head down, watching the ground as it sped up before me. Before ultimately coming to an abrupt stop. Resulting in me being on the ground and my gaze now up at the ceiling. "Ah." I winced at the impact. My arm breaking my fall and my rear throbbing in pain.

"괜찮아?( gwaenchanh-a?/are you ok?)"

At that moment it'd hit me. The voice. The eyes. The masked man from the airport. I stood quickly and nodded, dusting myself off and quickly leaving the room.

-"Is she ok?"

He walked up to the couch and sat slouching over the blanket. "Mm" Tae nodded looking down. Jimin sighed "I think she's just a little agitated." He scratched his head

"Aish. What did you guys do?"

"We did nothing." Tae added and sat back. Jungkook looked at Jimin for reassurance. "Trust me." He smiled a bit. "It was nothing."
