You had been in miss. P' s loop for about a year now. You had some close friends. one of them was an invisible boy named millard. You saw him as more than a friend but you knew that he only saw you as one.
You sat with Emma as she played with her fire(in the book she has fire) watching at the kids as they played. Everybody was outside besides millard and of course enoch. " you look sad is it because millard isn't out here" questioned emma. " I guess" you sighed. "Why don't you just tell him how you feel" she said cocking an eyebrow at you. " he doesn't feel the same so what's the point" you slid down the tree.
"If it's any consternation I think he likes you too" she said lightly hitting your shoulder. " how does he like me he's funny, crazy, nice, sweet and cute......" you said before being cut off. You felt someone's lips on yours and judging by the fact that you don't see anyone you assume it's millard. He quickly released your lips before asking " how am I cute if you can't see me?" " I don't know just go with it and are you naked."
