Meeting the parents. JackxReader

(Y/H/S) = Your Home State and (Y/H/T) = You Home Town :)

"Sean!" You called from the bottom of the stairs as you waited for your boyfriend to come down. Today was the day your parents finally met him! You were staying in a hotel for the short time you were in (Y/H/S). You moved to Ireland to be with Sean, your parents didn't approve but, you knew it was meant to be. 

Sean walked down the stairs, his hair still slightly wet, wearing his blue hoodie and black ripped jeans, along with his favorite pair of green high-tops. "It's about time! You take longer to get dressed then a girl does!" You said, he smiled and posed. You rolled your eyes and headed to the car. 

You drove because you knew the way, the drive was silent, which was very unusual. "Sean, baby, you okay?" You asked glancing at him quickly then returned your gaze to the road. "Yeah, yeah. Just..uh, nervous." He admitted. "Don't be! They'll love you!" You assured him. "You told me they didn't want you to move to Ireland to be with me. How do i know they won't hate me for taking you away from them?" He worried. 

"Hey, it'll be okay. I promise. Just be yourself and it'll all be fine. Okay?" You said. He nodded. You turned on the radio and Twenty One Pilots came on, you smiled and sang along to 'Car Radio'. Sean giggled and sang along, even though he didn't really know the song. After about ten more minutes, you finally reached your old home, in the town of (Y/H/T). You exited the car, Sean followed. You reached the front door, Sean reached for your hand, it was sweaty. You gave him a reassuring smile and wink. He smiled back, trying to hide his nervousness.

You knocked, you Mother answered. "(Y/N!)" She yelled excitedly, you hugged her, you Father came after and gave you a hug as well. Sean stood awkwardly in the back. You parents looked at him, their eyes went to his hair, which was a lime-ish green. "Mom, Dad. This is Sean!" You introduced them. "Hello.." Sean said and shook their hands. "Well, don't just stand outside all day. Come in!" Your Mother said, stepping aside.

You heard Sean breath a sigh of relief. You all sat in the kitchen, your Mother had lunch ready, your favorite! (Fave Food)! "Oh yes! My favorite! Thanks Mom!" You said, she smiled and nodded. You and Sean sat across from each other, he was seated beside your father. You saw Sean swallow hard, he was sweating. You gave him a 'You Okay?' kind of look. He noticed and nodded, a slight smile appeared upon his face.

Everyone grabbed whatever food they wanted and said grace (Sorry if some of ya don't....). After that, you all dug in! "So, Sean. What do you do for a living?" You Mother asked. "Hmm? Oh! I'm a Youtuber, i make videos." He explained. "Do you get paid?" You Dad asked. "Uh, yeah." He replied. You Dad nodded and turned back to his plate. "Do you enjoy doing..videos?" You Mom spoke up, breaking the silence. "Yes! I love it so much! I have so many amazing fans, it's the best job in the world to me." He said with a smile, you smiled because you loved it when he talked about something he admired. 

"How's your job going, (Y/N)?" Your Dad asked, "Great! My writing career is really kicking off!" You said. He smiled, "You always did love writing. So, Sean. After dinner do you want to see my gun collection?" Asked you Father, Sean nearly choked. "Uuhh...s-sure?" He stuttered. You rolled your eyes. After you finished eating you helped your Mom and left Sean and your Dad to bond.

Sean followed your Dad into his trophy room, you Dad loved hunting. He had all sorts of animals taxidermied, deer, ducks, a moose, and even and elk. You Father showed Sean all his guns. "Have you ever hunted?" He asked Sean, He shook his head no. "Maybe i'll take you someday. That is if you don't break my little girls heart." He said sternly. "Sir, trust me. I would never EVER hurt (Y/N). I love her so much, i could never bring myself to do something like that. I promise." He said. You Dad smiled and slung his arm over Sean's shoulder. "Your alright, son.." He said. Sean smiled back at him.

You were done with the dishes and saw Sean and you Dad watching football, "Isn't football actually soccer in Ireland?" You Dad asked. "Well, technically it was Soccer was Football first, but..yeah." Sean said. You smiled and walked over to him and kissed his cheek. "Hey babe." He greeted. "Hello my Irish muffin." You said and sat beside him. 

After a while, it was time to go. You waved goodbye to your parents. Then you were in the car and back to the hotel. "That was so much fun!" Sean said beaming with joy. "You were so nervous earlier, you did great though!" You said and put your hand on his. "I almost puked...twice!" He admitted. "Your usually so loud and shout-y" You giggled. "Yeah, i guess i get that was around some people.." He said and smiled at you. "I love you, (Y/N). So much..." He told you. "I love you too, Sean." You said and he kissed your hand.

A/N: I got this idea yesterday, thought it was cute! :) I really hope you all enjoy! I won't be able to update much tomorrow due to Thanksgiving and Hunting! :D I just hope i'm not sick because the stomach bug is going around the house and already got my parents and 2 of my brothers! DX But ye. As always, i will see you....In the next chapter! BUH-BYE! :D
