The Final Battle

Jason's pov

I open the door, my hand shaking. "Mom, I'm home." I whisper. "You think you can get rid of me that easy?" My chest tightens. "I am one of the most powerful vampires ever. The usual ways to kill a vampire don't hurt me." He stands up. "Where's my mom?!" I scream angrily. He smiles. "Jason, what's-" She freezes. "Aw, there you are." I hear my little sister scream behind me. He stands up out of dad's easy chair. Which only pisses me off more. No one has sat there since dad disappeared. "Get out of my house." "Oh but, Jason. Don't you want your parents?"

Miranda's pov

"I'll go! Just give them back!" Jason grabs my arm. "No you won't!" He stands in front of me, holding that huge sword. He laughs. "You can't do anything to me!" He walks in and Sierra holds me back. "Jason! No!" I cry, terrified. He turns around. "Sierra, get her far away from here. As far as you can!" He says. "No!" I gasp. He's too powerful. "I'll be fine, sis." He says, smiling and tilting dad's hat slightly. "Jason!" Sierra grabs my shoulders, pulling me away.

Jason's pov

"You may be a powerful vampire, but I'm one of the most stubborn country boys this side of the Mississippi. And I don't give up. Never have and never will!" He looks ready for a fight. Well I am too. I run at him weilding the sword and slash at him. He shoves me into the wall though and I drop the sword. He slams me into the wall, his hand around my throat. God dammit! When will he stop doing that?! When I'm dead probably! He cuts off my oxygen supply. I start seeing white. I'm dying. At least.... If he's distracted with me, Sierra has enough time to get her away from here. "STOP!" He lets go of me and I hit the ground, dizzily. I see my sister in the doorway! "Nooo!" "The only way to stop a super vampire is by ripping out his heart." She says. I can't do it. I can't even get up. "Don't go near her!" I shout, sitting up. He smiles and turns around. "Goodbye Alexander. You've tormented this world for too long!" Sierra! My body tenses. "No! Sierra!" She slams her fist into his chest. Miranda runs over and helps me stand up. I hear muddled noise. I open the closet to find mom and dad!!! Holy shit! "DAD!" I hear a painful scream. I look back and see Sierra on the floor! "NOOO!" Kill him by ripping his heart out. Well that's what I'm about to do. I grab the sword and push my little sister into the closet. "Stay there. No matter what you hear, do not open this door." She's crying hysterically. "Don't do this!" I have to. I have to avenge Sierra and keep this fiend away from her. I close the door and say a prayer.

Sierra's pov

This is it! I'm gonna die. Suddenly the sword is thrust through his chest. "Don't ever touch my girl." Jason growls then falls to his knees, weak. I shakily sit up, my whole body burning in pain. I hold a hand over a slash in my arm. "Sierra!" He gasps, picking me up. I'm too weak to even respond. "Sierra, you've gotta bite me or you're gonna die." "I can't. You've already lost too much blood after fighting Alex. You could die if I do." "Sierra please!" "No!" He grabs my chin and kisses me. "Please Sierra, dying for you would be worth it." Tears fill my eyes. "You're just blinded by ecstasy." "No I'm not! I love you, living without you would be like death for me! So either way I'd die!" "Please Jason, I love you too much to do that."

Jason's pov

She puts a hand on my cheek. "Just.... Let me go." "B-But I c-can't!" "I'll do it." The closet door is open. My sister. "I'll do it, Sierra." She stares at me shocked. I'm too shocked to answer. I feel a hand on my shoulder. "Jason, let me do this!" "I don't want to hurt her. It will hurt because we don't have a special connection." "I've faced Alex. I can take it." She says bending down. I back up. She bites her and Miranda screams in pain. I hit the wall, covering my ears. I can't take it! I close my eyes, fighting back tears, hearing her scream like that! Seconds later, I feel a hand on my shoulder again. I open my eyes, my hands shaking. "S-Sierra... Y-You're okay?" "Yes. And I plan on spending the rest of eternity with you." My eyes go wide when she grabs my head. "What are you-"

Miranda's pov

She bites him too! What the heck?! His hands tense up around her. "S-Sierra." She stops. He stares at her shocked. "You...." "What.... Happened?" I whimper, standing up. He stares at me shocked. "She..... She turned me." He gasps.
