This is another update that I may or may not have done something to my ankle and my heel. I am in a large amount of pain and it has been going on for almost 2 weeks. So I can't walk properly however hopefully my mum will take me to the doctors soon.
In the mean time watch a video of me and my sister in France a couple of years age.
