Chapter 51

*Sorry if it's a short chapter*

Bethany POV

Early morning I pack everything I had one luggage that had mine and the kids clothes. But changes of plans D.C will have to wait Connor texted me saying meet him in New York why? I don't know he said it's a surprise.
Anyways we are at the airport we were drop off by a uber driver which I was nervous about after reading so many uber stories how some where kidnaps or almost rob.

"Emily please hold mommy hand" I said sternly.

I curse under my breathe should've brought the stroller...it was was hard hold a baby and a backpack that was a little heavy and Emily just walking everywhere her eyes catches something.

"Now boarding to New York City" they announce.

That's us since we got first class we boarded first, "aw cute children" the flight attendant said.

I gave her a smile "thank you"

We got seated Emily was next to the window and me holding Aaron on my lap next to the aisle. We have a long way to go and I just hope Aaron won't cry hopefully this would be a smooth airplane ride cross our fingers.

NYC

The plane ride went smooth Aaron did almost cry but then he got quiet and Emily just feel asleep. Now we land I got the luggage and the backpack that Emily was holding.

Connor said he'll meet us at the waiting area but I don't see him. I scan around the room trying to find him but nothing.

"Do you see daddy?" I ask Emily.

"I see him !! " she pointed her little finger to Connor standing next to some guy

Emily just ran off without my concern she can't just do that.

"Emily don't do that next time okay, don't run off before telling mommy."

She nodded as she continued to hug Connor, "I miss you guys so much" we were all now in a group hug.

"So why the sudden change from DC to NYC not that I'm compiling" I said.

I love New York and one day I'd dream to move here it's just a dream of mine, we got into the uber driver and while we go to our hotel I just admire the view the big building and people walking on the sidewalks.

"Well like I said I have a surprise for you and the kids"

Connor just smile at me and kiss my head.

The ride was extremely long from the traffic but we made it to a hotel where I can finally rest. Connor cheeked in and apparently he got us the room with the best view. And no joke it had the best view of the city.

I plop down on the bed and ready for a nap or so I thought, Emily came and cuddle with me and we watch some Netflix movie kids of course.

Connor POV

I watch as Emily and Beth sleeping without finishing their movie, I was taking care of Aaron who wouldn't take a nap.

"Common buddy let's put you to bed..."

I put him down on the bed and put pillows around him so he wouldn't fall of the bed, I gave him his bottle and then turn off all the lights so he thinks I left the room but I was in the bathroom on my computer editing a video.

I can't wait for tonight the big surprise I have for Bethany and the kids I know Bethany also wanted to move to New York and I may or may not got an apartment....
