"Now Julia," the Detective says. "Let's start out by talking about how Hannah and you met."

I hold my bag close, "It was the first day of kindergarten, she came over to color a page with me. We had a fall out until middle school when Lucy moved here. We soon rekindled out relationship, being best friends ever since."

"Had Hannah ever said anything about having enemies?" He questions.

I shake my head, "Not that I think so. There were girls that didn't like her, but that's the typical high school aroma."

"What did you think of her blog? He continues, writing words down.

I laugh, "Personally, it was absolutely fun helping her with her blog. So many times she would ask Lucy and I to be test subjects for her. So she could apply makeup for the videos. She would even sometimes have me help her keep track of her emails from fans."

"So she had contact with her fans?"

"Detective, she messaged them about basic questions about makeup types and stuff like that. It was never ever anything personal to my knowledge."

"What about her boyfriend? Matthew."

"They met at an ice cream shop when she 'tripped,'" I make a motion with my fingers. "That's how she managed to land a date with him and the relationship bloomed from there. Matthew is one of the sweetest guys I've ever know."

"Was he there the night of the party?"

"Yes, he was there."

"Where were you at the time of the murder?"

"I'm going to give a whole explanation that led to where I was. I was dancing on the dance floor when this random stranger started to dance with me. He started to kiss on the back of the neck when there was a little scuffle between my boyfriend and that man. Soon, I took him upstairs to clean off his wound. I decided that I didn't need to be in the atmosphere where all the drinking and stuff was going so we went for a jog. The picture of the clothing just tossed on the bedroom in the picture," I held it up, "Is the one of the party clothing before we swapped it for workout clothing."

"So you were out for a jog with you're boyfriend?"

I nod, "Yes sir, it's what I do when I need to clear my head of everything going on."

"I guess that's one healthy way of doing something. However, you have no alibi to clearly state where you were during that time."

I nod, "I guess if that's how you see it. However, if you check my GPS history on my phone as well as Felix's you will see that we were far away from the house. My father installed them on our phones so we wouldn't be a liability issue when it came to this type of stuff."

I hand the Detective my phone as he goes through my GPS history for the night of Hannah's murder. He nods when he sees that I was far away from the house. I just kind of shrug, sinking into the seat.

"We have no clear idea of who would want to murder her Julia. Basically we are sitting ducks but we are going to keep trying to figure out what has happened to her. Do you think Lucy would be okay with speaking to us as well?"

I shrug, "You'll have to call and ask her if she would be okay with it. She is taking this really hard still. I really didn't want to speak to you in the first place, but I figured we could get this solved quicker with more information. It doesn't appear that way though."

"You're dismissed Julia," Detective Paul bluntly says. "We'll be in touch though."

Just like that they escort me out of the building, like nothing had ever happened. I shoot Felix a text message while I sit on the bench, waiting for him to pick me up. The sun was starting to set and it really annoys me when I'm stuck out by myself this late at night.
