“I won’t allow it,” Soo Bin insisted.

“Jebal, Soo Bin-ah, I just need to tell her something. I just need a confirmation from her.”

“You’ve been with her for the whole month. I need to catch up with my friend too.” She was jealous of him again. Aigoo~ Now, they both became silent, which was an opportunity for me to come out of my room and head towards them. “Right, Yoo Jung-ah?”

“Ne,” I chuckled and eventually smiled at her. I then turned my head towards Bo Gum and spoke, “Oppa, let’s just meet tomorrow again. We’re having a date today. Geundae, you want to come with us?”

“Kim Yoo Jung!” A yell from her was a response I got, instead from Bo Gum.

“I’m just kidding,” I laughed. I looked at Bo Gum once again and told him, “Oppa, we’re going now. See you tomorrow.” Soo Bin just dragged us out of my dorm before he was able to speak and immediately pulled me towards the building’s elevator, leaving Bo Gum alone there.

“You’re really harsh towards him. Why’s that?” She didn’t respond, instead her cheeks started to heat up. She avoided my supposedly eye contact and immediately started walking, leaving me chuckling here. I made a quick walk towards her, started teasing her the moment we both entered the elevator.

“You’re blushing,” I commented. “So, you really like him?”

“I’m not blushing because I like him. It’s because of angriness I feel towards him.”

“Geojitmal hajima!” I blurted out at her response.

“I’m not. I’m just saving a friend from him, preventing that friend to get hurt.”

“You and your excuses,” I tssed.

We then headed towards a park after just near our dorm, which was where we first met according to her. However, I had no idea what our first meeting was like. I tried to remember it, but I couldn’t.

A picnic date was what we’re going to do today, making us both excited on what would happen on this date. We then both settled the things Soo Bin brought with her after finding a good spot.

“Yoo Jung-ah, can’t still remember?” I shook my head in response, glancing at her as sadness slowly took over her. “Anyway, do you want to hear the story on our first meeting?” I moved my head to say yes, and somehow a smile finally flashed on her face.

“It was my birthday on that day. Before that important day, I invited my classmates, hoping I’ll be able to celebrate my birthday with them. You know, I treated them as my friends, but they must have treated me as just nothing. I prepared everything for that night, waited them, but it was already late at night when they texted me they couldn’t come. No one knows how sad I was and how much tears I cried on that night. Out of dismay, I went out and just found myself on this park. Having no friend was the worst thing I felt on my entire life, so I’m really glad that you became one.” Now, we both became silent. I took a glance at her as she seemed remembering something. “Ah, right!”

“Why?”

“I just remember, you were just like the Crown Prince, very strange on that day.” I sat up right away and asked her to continue the story. Why was I strange? “You were wearing a hanbok too, a eunuch’s clothes.”

“Jinjja? That was really weird. Why would I wear a hanbok in the middle of the night?”

“I don’t know too. You were walking towards this park, very confused of your surroundings. It seemed like you knew nothing, then you passed out.”

“Maybe that was the moment I had this amnesia, do you think?”

“I guess. You must miss your family already, ne?”

“My family?” I looked up whilst imagining them as I forced on a smile. “I wonder what they look like. I wonder what our family look like. Do you think I have a sibling?” I heard no response from her. I then took the silence to look at her once again, as scenes suddenly flashed on my head. “Soo Bin-ah, do you think I am an actress before?”

“Actress? I don’t think so. Why did you think you’re an actress anyway?”

“Scenes kept flashing on my mind that I was wearing a hanbok. Maybe I was starring on a period drama before the moment you saw me wearing a eunuch’s clothes. And, maybe I starred as the Crown Prince’s eunuch since I always see us together on those scenes. Do you think so?”

“Yoo Jung-ah,” she responded instead. I asked her why and she just replied, “I think we need to tell that to your doctor. It may be a help to regain your memory.”

She then suddenly stood up and sat beside me, wrapping her arms around me as she looked at me. “If you’re an actress, then I’m lucky to have an actress friend. If you’re not, maybe you were just filming for something like a school project. I’m still lucky though to have an aspiring actress chingu. Right?” she chuckled.

Releasing myself from her hug made her frown, but I immediately brought her smile back the moment I put her body in my arms. "Gomawo, Soo Bin-ah. I never imagine what my life will be if you weren't the one who saw me when I passed out."

Having a date with Soo Bin was still the best, although I had never been in a date with others before. It must be nice to remember what our first meeting was like, our first meeting here in this park and not our meeting in the hospital, nicer if I was able to talk to her the moment she saw me and not just passing out in front of her. It must be nice too to remember my parents, nicer if I would be able to introduce them with Soo Bin and the other way around. I wonder how my parents were looking for me right now, if they really were.

"Is Bo Gum your tail?" she suddenly asked in the midst of silence, somehow feeling irritated.

"Of course he's not. Why?"

"He's hiding behind that tree, approximately five meters from us." I chuckled thinking that he was eager to tell me what he was supposed to tell me earlier, following us even here.

I let her go from our hug and murmured right away, "Just call him. Maybe he is your tail," I chuckled, somehow teasing her.

"Yah! Don't. Just don't tease us."

"Arasseo," I laughed.

She then called Bo Gum which surprised him, really, knowing that we already knew what he was up to. He even pointed himself, asking if we was referring to him. Wasn't that a cute gesture of him?

We then ate our food whilst chatting, laughing at some jokes, and being just happy. I looked at them smiling ear to ear, no evidence of forced smile written on their faces. We were just happy, thinking just of ourselves and nothing more. I once again turned my head to Bo Gum, as smiled immediately flashed on my face upon seeing him laughing while chatting with us. It must be nice for us to have him here, staying in this world. Soo Bin would be able to have another friend while me, I would be so happy to be with him, really happy. I immediately closed my eyes and shook my head to erase those selfish thoughts. Promises were meant to be done and not to be broken. I already promised to him that I'll do my best to send him home. Kurae, I just needed to do my best. Still, I was wishing for his happiness.
