Jake and izzy stand there in awkwardness... izzy just blushed leaving jake in surprise... jake was in his thoughts and spoke in his mind. Wow izzy likes me.... I always liked her but I never thought she'd like me back.. But izzys thoughts were the complete opposite... shiver me timbers! Jake knows he likes me! Great.... looks like our friendship just got ruined..

Izzy: I-I have to go.

Izzy was just about to run away in tears.. but jake grabbed her hand.

Jake: Iz just hold up for a sec.

Izzy: W-well one minute passed so-

Jake: I like you back izzy.

Izzy: Y-you do?

Jake then gives a small grin and nods

Izzy: But why would you wanna like a weirdo like me? I mean marina is way more innocent and prettier than me a-

Jake: wait a minute.. why bring in marina?

Izzy: Well first off, she has always been trying to get your attention.

Jake: *chuckles* tell me about it

They both share a small laugh.

Izzy: and also, I've always thought *sniff* you had feelings for her.. a-and I completely have no chance what so ever with you even noticing me..

Then puts an arm over her shoulder and spoke softly.

Jake: marina is just a friend to me, iz. And I know how you feel.

Izzy: y-you do?

Jake: totally, I get that feeling all the time.

Izzy: oh..

There was a silence for a second and izzy broke it.

Izzy: Well thanks again.. but I know you are just saying that so I'll just go..

Jake: Hold on, did I say I was kidding? Cause that would be a total lie.. how about this?

Izzy: hehe I'm listening...

Jake: izzy, would you do the honours of coming with me to the party tonight?

Izzy: *gasp* really

Jake: well do you?

Izzy: I..
