Give your anxiety a shape and colour : imagine your anxiety in a form of something,like a fist or a ball,and tell yourself it's OKAY to be feeling so. Just imagine your anxiety in that shape,wherever you feel it,like in your throat or chest,and just watch it while telling yourself that it's okay to feel anxious and that you'll be fine. It has helped me,hopefully it will to you to.
