Practice breathing techniques. Consult a therapist if your anxiety is out of your control. Just try to think positive for yourself (I know how hard it is because I'm a pessimist,or more of a realist if you will). Again,it's easier said than done. I know howe hard it can be to think positive when all you can think of is negative things,but once you actually do it you'll feel much lighter,like a weight has been lifted off of your chest.
