Lucy

The Captains Cabin

After a good 10 minutes of pacing back and forth throughout the bathroom, I gave up and took a shower. The water was hot and kind of hurt when it hit my back. Ignoring the throbbing pain, I squeezed soap into my hand and rubbed all over. I also put shampoo and conditioner in my hair before turning the water off and stepping out.

There was a towel hanging on the door handle, which I took and wrapped around me. I walked out and saw the clothes on the bed. It was a plain white, cotton shirt and a pair of bike pants. I put on my undergarments and quickly dressed. The Captain's Cabin was also quite simple. There was a wall full of pictures of Natsu and some strange blue cat along with different members of Fairy Tail. I noticed that there was a black-haired boy and redhead in many of the photos.

They looked like they were having so much fun.

"Lucy?" Came Levy's voice from behind the door. "You done?"

"Yeah, just a second." I walked/ran to the door and let her in. She was standing in front of the really tall guy that was chasing me before. 

"Hey Levy and. . ."

"Oh, this is Gajeel. He doesn't talk very much." She frowned, elbowing him in the stomach. "Say hi."

"Hi Lucy." He grumbled.

"Hi." I awkwardly replied. "So why. . ."

"Oh yes!" She raised a finger and tapped the air with a smile. "Right. I noticed when Natsu pulled you out from the water-"

"Don't remind me," I muttered.

"-that your hair was glowing. You said your last name was Heartfilia, right?" I nodded and she took my hand, pulling me out of the room and down a corridore. "Well, a long time ago when Mavis Vermillion, the founder of Fairy Tail, was still alive, she held a prophercy. It was given to her by the Gods above, or so she states." She paused to step away from Gajeel who was too close to her for comfort. "It's a poem, I can tell it to you, I've got it prefectly memorised."

I nodded and she cleared her throat.

"The bruises,

The death,

The one that will shatter,

Heartfilia prays,

To Hell with the latter,

She will fight to the end

This isn't  pretend.

Only one mistake,

Their lives, they will take.

Heartfilia, Heartfilia.

You are the one,

Your mouth is a bullet, your words, a gun.

Heartfilia, Heartfilia.

You will cry, you will plea,

For many of the innocent to realize, to see.

But don't worry, dear child,

For as long as he smiles,

You have nothing to fear. 

His grin, his cheer.
