A/N: waheyy my new fanfic. I would like to dedicate this to all of you! This might sound weird but you lot have given me the confidence to share my stories. Right this fanfic will be darker and more intense almost, compared to Broken. Honestly hope you all like this, if you do pass it on if you would like to. Enjoy!
Victim: a person harmed, injured, or killed as a result of a crime, accident, or other event or action.

"You sure you don't need a lift?" Lily asked one more time as we stepped outside into the chilly breeze. So much for a hot summer this year.
I glanced towards Lily, "I'm sure. My house isn't that far anyway, I'll see you tomorrow yeah?"
Lily nodded her head in response as she zipped up her jacket, "we need to be here at 1pm so I'll meet you by the shop at half twelve? Tess will be meeting us there as well."
I shoved my hands into my jacket pockets, "okay. Drive safe," I smiled lightly.
Lily gave me a look, "are you sure you don't need a lift? It's starting to get pretty dark and you don't know who is out on the streets."
"I've done it before and I can do it again," I replied while giving a small laugh to ease her worried thoughts.
"Make sure you text me as soon as you get home," Lily said after a moment.
I nodded my head, "you know I will, now go. I'll be fine." I reassured her.
"Remember to text me," Lily repeated as she headed towards her car.
I laughed quietly, "bye Lily." I called after her and waved which she returned before getting into her car.
I shook my head as a small smile graced my face before going the opposite direction of Lily, and walked down the pavement. It wasn't totally night just yet, the hot summers sun was burning low in the sky causing colours of brown, red and pink to swirl together with the blue and black of the night sky. A small breeze was set loose across the streets so I tightened my coat ever-so slightly.
It wasn't exactly a smart thing to walk down the streets on your own but it's not like anything will scare me. Well that much. It's London, so anything can happen and London wasn't exactly known for its peaceful neighbourhoods.
Even know I could still hear the sounds of cars on the roads. The sounds of horns honking at the slow drivers, the rush of people wanting to get home to their families. However, this was peaceful to me.
As I turned right down the road I noticed a figure coming from the opposite way. I did the normal check; hands out of pockets in case you need them, don't make it obvious I have phone or money, and keep aware of my surroundings. There was a alley to the left of me, then next to it was also a park. To the right there were apartment blocks, not the nicest apartment blocks either. This was the worst bit of walking home, I had to pass all this.
I decided against moving onto the other road because on that side there was no houses or apartments that may come to my rescue if anything happens. So I just kept my eyes ahead and didn't even glance in the passers direction, I straightened up my back to make me seem proud and fearless as I walked pass. Turns out it was a man, he had his hood up over a Snap-Back he wore, his hands were shoved into his black jackets pockets however they were loose, showing that he was expecting to use them. His dark wash jeans were tucked into a pair of black boots that were worn, from the way that some patches were darker than the others it showed that they were either covered in mud from walking somewhere or water.
