I slowly unlock my eyes and watch the dark grey blanket float up and down in sync with my steady respire. I feel fingers trace the flaws of my body and physically serenade them. My heart races and my heavy eyes begging to flood, but I let them drop with an inhale deep enough to fill my lungs capacity . I open my eyes to only peer through my eyelashes and feel his lips peck my temple, and I feel like I could stay here forever.
