Episode 2: Hawaii You Glad I Didn't Say Banana?

Last Time On Total Drama: We were introduced to 12 brand new cast members- Geni, Lauren, Alex, Duke, Dylan, Penny, Soul, Marina, Chandler, Dani, Janie, and Griffin. We went on a treasure hunt to decide on team captions. In the end it came down to Geni and The Rays and Chandler and The Fighters.

"This is so cool!" Lauren said walking around the plane. "I love flying!" She sat down next to Geni. "Don't you?"

"Yeah!" Geni said smiling. The girls began to babble about everything they loved. Penny joined the chat soon after along with Soul and Marina. Dylan however stayed at a distance, away from them.

Lauren:

I am so excited to finally be here. I love this show so much and to be here with all of these great people! I'm going to make so many new friends!

On the other side of the plane the only person talking was Dani. "Aren't you excited?" She asked Chandler, she nodded. "You're all so quiet" she whispered. "You know we can talk."

Alex let out a huge sigh. "Good!" he yelled "I thought we were playing the silent game or something! Duke did you hear that we can talk!" He turned to the boy sitting beside him. They looked exactly the same except for their shirts. Alex's shirt was blue, Duke's was red, also Alex was about an inch taller than Duke but it was hard to tell unless they were side by side.

"Yeah, I know." Duke said "Did you not?" Alex raised his eyebrows

"Pft. Of course I was just making sure you did." Duke shook his head.

"So are you to like brothers or something?" Dani asked moving closer to them.

"No" Duke said

"Just bros" said Alex hitting him lightly on the arm.

"Cool!" She said, looking a bit confused. She turned to Chandler. "What about you? Why are you here?"

Chandler sighed. "I'm not exactly what you would call 'popular' or 'social' or 'a people person', so my parents told me to send in an audition for this show so I could make friends."  she shrugged "I really don't want to be here, but since I am, I'm going to try." She turned to Janie, who had her headphones in and her music blasting. She tapped her on the shoulder. Janie yanked one of the headphones out of her ear.

"Yes?" she said quietly.

"I don't think we've talked yet" she said extending her hand. "I'm Chandler."

"Janie" she said talking her hand "Sorry about the headphones, I'm no the most socially active person."

"That's what Chandler just said!" Dani said loudly jolting forward.

"I THINK THE PLANE LANDED." Geni yelled.

"WE CAN STILL HEAR YOU" Chandler yelled back.

"OK I'LL STOP YELLING" Geni responded.

"Good morning victims... I mean consistent!" Chris's voice echoed over the loud speakers. "For our first challenge we will be competing in Hawaii! Everyone off the plane and to the starting line pronto." The loud speakers shut off.

"Yea!" Lauren said as she bounded off of the plane. The others followed her out to the starting line. Chris was already there waiting for them as they got into a line.
