To See The Light

   My eyes widened in disbelief. "T-they can?"
"Well," Arthur replied. "It is possible. There's just one set back..."
"What is it?" I asked eagerly. I was so excited!! I might be able to see the world again! Anything would be worth that!
"...You might die..." Lukas muttered. This caught Alfie's attention.
"Woah! Britain! You never said that she might die!"
I reached out and grabbed his arm. "It's fine. Anything is worth it. My blindness has caused other people problems and is just a burden to those who watch over me. So please..." I squeezed his arm almost as if in desperation. "Please let me do this." The room was silent.
"But (Y/n)..." Alfie moved closer to me. "I don't want you to die. You're not a burden to me! I-I..." Alfie engulfed me in a hug. My cheeks changed to a deep red. I'm pretty sure that he could hear my heart beat. "I love you." He released me, leaving my body cold.
Everyone around us awed, but I didn't hear them. All I could hear was Alfie saying 'I love you'.
"I-I love you too... but I want to see you." I raised my hand to his cheek. "Please..."
I heard him sigh and step away. "Hey England, if you kill (Y/n) I'll kill you..."
"What?! It wouldn't exactly be my fault! What about Vlad and Lukas?!" Arthur yelled in rage.
"Let's handle this after we help (Y/n)." Lukas said calmly.
"Yea idiots! You can fight later!" Vlad snickered. All three of them stepped forward and placed a hand atop my head.
I could hear them chanting something under their breath. Slowly, they spoke louder and louder. My eyelids got very heavy and I couldn't keep them open. No matter how hard I tried, I wasn't able to stay up. Sorry guys... I guess the spell didn't work...

I woke up, unable to remember what happened. Where am I? I opened my eyes only to be blinded by a bright light. "W-what's going on?"
Suddenly, someone wrapped their arms around me tightly. "(Y/n)! I was so afraid that you died!!!!" Died? What does he mean? Almost immediately, everything came back to me. I looked up to see the most handsome guy ever.
"A-Alfie?" I stared into his eyes. They were such a beautiful blue.
"You can see again!" Alfie picked me up and spun me around, laughing.
I giggled. Finally! I can see again! I took in all of Alfie's features. He had blond hair with it sticking up in the front. He also had glasses that perfectly framed his beautiful eyes. The best thing had to be his smile... It shone with such happiness and courage. He put me down and I hugged him tightly.
"Alfie! Oh my goodness! I can finally see again!!" I was just so giddy. I them remembered what the Magic Trio did for me and I turned around to face them. I ran at Arthur and hugged him. "Thank you so much!!!"
He blushed and nodded in return. I turned to Lukas and smiled widely. He smiled back, but it was only a half smile. Vlad came up to me and patted my head. "There you go! Now you owe us!" He joked and I laughed along.
I looked around and saw someone sitting in a chair, holding a bear. I walked over to him and smiled. "You're Mattie aren't you!"
He looked at me shocked but then nodded. "Y-yea... Thank you f-for remembering me." I gave him a quick hug.
"Of course I'll remember you!"
Alfie stepped towards me and the trio and Mattie saw that, so they left, giving us some alone time. I blushed when I looked over at him. "Y-you know... You are just as h-handsome as I thought you would be..." I smiled shyly.
Alfie scratched the back of his neck awkwardly. "Really? Thanks... anyway, um... about what I had said...." His face turned a deep shade of red as he looked down at the floor.
I knew what he was talking about, and, without thinking, stepped forward and wrapped my arms around his neck. "I love you Alfred." His lips crashed into mine and we shared a passionate kiss. When we separated, both of us were gasping for air.
"I love you too (Y/n)."
