Explanation:
Ford isn't here because Stan never got to activate the machine in this story.
Waddles isn't here because Mabel never went to the carnival when she was 12. In this story their first visit to Gravity Falls was in the age 16.
Wendy and Soos isn't here because I never wrote about the gift shop.
Robbie and his friends isn't here because I didn't wrote about Wendy.
Other characters because Weirdmageddon never happened.
