Demon and the Princess (Mabel x Bill)

Beyond the door

After entering the code, the secret door opened. Behind was a flight of stairs going down.
Mabel: That looks dark...
Bill: Sure it is.
Bill was smiling maniacally.
(Gulp)
Mabel swallow the words she was about to say.
They walked down the stair and into the elevator. When they reached dow , there was a lot of machines and there was an upside-down triangle machine behind the glass windows.

Mabel: Uh.. Bill what is that?
Bill: My dream, Hehehe.
Mabel: What!?
Bill: Thanks for your help Mabel, now I can rule this dimension after all these years of hard work. Where's that last journal.
Mabel: You can't do that!
Bill: Oh yes I can. You made a deal and you will do it.
Mabel: What...
Bill: The journal! Find it! It's here somewhere.
Mabel: Your going to activate that thing? I'm not letting you do that...
Bill: Yes you are!
Mabel: I thought your a good guy...
Bill: Well then... too bad I'm not.
Those words stab Mabel like knife. Tears was willing up in her eyes.
Mabel: You are!
Bill: I'm not even human!!
That scream can be heard from miles, but the vending door was closed and that was the last straw for Mabel. Tears was rolling down her cheeks. Bill saw it and just disappeared.
"What does he want with this machine and that journal?" she thought herself.

*after a short break down*

She quickly got up and find the journal, it was under a pile of paperwork. She took it and hid it under her bed. She slam herself against the bed and think about Bill. "Does he even like me?" Tears was streaming down again. She cried and screamed into the pillow on her face. She cried until she fell asleep.

Meanwhile...
Bill was in the dreamscape, he was thinking.
"She was scared, I can see it in her face... did I made her cry?... Gosh I'm a horrible demon... But demons are meant to be evil right?... can I even love? UHHHGG!"
For once in his life he was worried and depressed. Confused, he just kept thinking, until that split second, he thought of a brilliant idea.
