Chapter 18

//Kira's POV//

I woke up with a pounding headache and beeping noises coming from my right. I turn my head and see machines and my wrist cuffed to the side of my hospital bed- wait... WHAT! WHY THE FUCK AM I AT A HOSPITAL!I sit up and throw the covers off me and when i tried to stand up i immediately sat back down.My head started pounding and i felt a little light headed. I only remember bits and pieces. Ok let me gather my information. So I was kidnapped from my backyard which I have no idea how that happened since I'm one of the worlds best assassins then the next thing I know I'm here?? I'm so confused !! I let my body rest and my head goes flying down to the wall.

" Aw FUCK!" I wince. Wait. I remember. I REMEMBER EVERYTHING NOW. Ohh that guy is gonna get it if I see him. But why did they kidnap me. Do they know who I  work with. How did they know I was here. What are they going to do to me. How did they manage to take my from my own home. Where was Jake?!?! So many crazy thought ran through my head but the one who sticks out the most is, why did they take me? I was interrupted by a door flying open and a familiar looking person came in.

" Are you ok? Are you hurt? Im sorry!-" he started rumbling with his words while coming closer to me.

" Come any closer and you'll regret it." I said dangerously calm. He stopped walking and looked me right in the eye.

"Your hurt." Was all he said before he turned around and slammed the door.

"Okayy" Luke. Really! He is the one reason why I'm here? Where was Jake? i don't mean to be all stuck up and cocky but... How? How did they manage to take me from my house! When i get out of here I'm giving that boy a piece of my mind! But right now I'm in assassin mode. No joking around. I look around to see if there is a weapon of some sort, when my eyes land on a cane on my right corner. I sit up I felt something tug my wrist. the cuffs! I forgot! Then realization hits me like a wall of bricks. I pull a bobby pin from my hair, don't ask me how I got it, and started picking on the lock. Click! Just the sound I wanted to hear! I get the cuff of my hand and go get the cane. I grab it and get ready to leave when I hear a big crash come from outside my door. I lift the cane up to get ready to defend myself, then the door swings open to revel Jake.

" Come on I'm bailing you out!" He say with a smirk. I roll my eyes and run out the door and see many guys on the floor. I stop and turn around and look Jake in the eye.

"Was this all necessary? You couldn't sneak in?" I question irritated.

" Well I tried but they saw me. You make it look easy." He pouted. I rolled my eyes and grabbed his arm and dragged him through the hallways. As we passed many hallways I began to lose hope we were leaving so I came up with a plan.

I turn around and look at Jake.

" No. no no no no no no no! I am not gonna do whatever crazy plan you are plotting in your crazy head. " he argues. I just roll my eyes and drag him to the nearest window. I open it and turn around to se a paled face Jake.

" On 3 we jump!" adrenaline started to run through my veins.

" I hate you for this." Jake says I take his hand and get ready to jump honestly it's not a bad jump. Only 4 stories high. No biggie.

I throw Jake first and then I jump.
