***POV JAKE***( Bet you didn't see that coming😏 )
I quietly tip toed to Kira's room and grabbed the bucket full of warm water that was behind me. I bet your thinking, 'Jake, why do you have a bucket full of water and why are you going to Kira's room?', well I'm going to prank Kira , and i know, i know she isn't gonna be happy but whats the worst thing that can happen? Anyway it 5:30 and i know for a fact that Kira wakes up at 6:00 for school so while she is sleeping I'm going to sneak in her room and do the whole dip her hand in warm water and she is gonna pee thing. Its an old fashion prank that everyone practically knows. Any who i slowly opened her door and sneaked in, I grabbed the warm water and began walking towards her. When i reached the edge of her bed I crouched and i slowly reached my hand out to grab hers, however when i touched her she immediately sat up and punched me right in my jaw which caused me to turn my head to the right. When i turned my head to her i was instead met with the barrel of a gun.
"KIRA ITS JUST ME, PUT THE GUN DOWN!"
"ARE YOU SERIOUS JAKE! WHY ARE YOU IN MY ROOM! YOU KNOW I COULD'VE SHOOT YOU!!!"
She.Looked.Pissed. Maybe this wasn't a good idea. If i love myself and want to live a long life I think I should not mess with her no more.
" You are so immature why did the league even let you in!?!?
Ouch. That hurt.
" I swear your driving me crazy maybe one day ill use you as target practice?"
I snapped my head towards her and gave her a terrified look. She just glared at me and if looks could kill i would be dead by now.
" Sorry"
"Sorry is just a word, its not going to fix anything."
I was gonna give her a smart remark but she cut me off.
" Get out." She gritted out.
I quickly got up scurried to my room. Damn that girl is scary. Well what did expect, she ya the legendary Shadow Assassin. But she doesn't act all cold hearted and ruthless... Sometimes.But one thing is sure she takes her missions seriously. Guess that's why she is so infamous.
KIRA'S POV
Why is Jake so annoying. I've should've 'accidentally' shot him. Dammit I had a chance and I blew it. Oh well I guess I'll get ready since I'm fully awake now. I put my gun under my nightstand and threw my sheets over me. I looked at my mission file and put it on my desk in the corner of my room. I think I'll do that tonight. Any way I went to my bathroom and took did my business ,brushed my teeth and took a quick cold shower. I got out and wrapped a white fluffy towel and went to my drawer to get my under garments. I went to my closet and grabbed a white t-shirt along with some light colored denim jeans and with black ankle boots. I blow dried my hair and just let it be to its natural wavy curls. I grabbed 4 throwing knives and put two in each of my boots. I put some mascara on and thin winged eyeliner along with some lip gloss.
I grabbed my bag and as I was gonna leave I noticed a bucket of water. Was Jake gonna prank me?! Oh its ON. I grabbed the bucket and went to Jakes room. I stopped in front of his door and saw that it was slightly opened. I peeked through and saw him sleeping. Ugh men. I felt the water and it was semi warm. Was he gonna do the whole dip someone's hand in warm water and see if they pee prank on me? That's so old.But I quite like it. I opened his door slightly just enough where I can fit in with the bucket. I slowly walked up to him and I was about to take another step when the floor made a loud noise. I quickly put the bucket down and hid in within the darkness. He shot up from his bed and looked around. He just groaned and went back to sleep. Heh, stupid Jake ,you are so stupid. I came out of my hiding spot and grabbed the bucket and this time I quietly walked towards Jake. When I made it to his bed I carefully grabbed his hand and placed it in the water. I quietly made my way out of his room who I might add is actually really clean. Anyway I made my way to the kitchen and made my self an omelet.I sat there in absolute quite when I'm interrupted by some one yelling.
"Kira its so on!!"
I chuckled at the thought of him actually trying to prank me. He would be a dead man walking.
I looked at my phone and saw that it is already 7:40, that means school starts in 10 minutes.
" I'm gonna leave!!! See you at school !" I laughed.
" Your so gonna get it!!"
" Bye Jake!"
I haven't had this kind of fun in A LONG time. It's always just been me myself And I. No one else.It was kinda lonely but I've gone used to it. But with Jake around I guess it's not that bad. Though I know as soon as we finish this mission we are gonna go our own separate ways. That's if he even makes it out of this mission alive. He never listens to me and is always slacking around. Any who I decided to go different to day and take my red corvette Stingray with me to school. And I'm also gonna have to get ready to take out the targets the league has sent me. It going to be a long day.
