MADE DECISION

PREVIOUS:

She walk slowly quite hesitating to approach her room but she didn't have any choice at all. When she's already in front she grab the door knob and twist it and she open it slowly and she saw made her froze in her place.

PRESENT:

AUTHOR'S POV:

The LIGHT that's coming from her room we're coming from her backpack. She's confused to what would be the cause of those light because there's no object that she could think of that could forge a light as much as she can tell. She step closer towards her backpack then proceed on opening its zipper and pour all the contents on the floor to be sure. He scan each item then her eyes landed on a certain object that is now faintly glowing. She pick up the object and she realized that it is the map that she brought with her from the library. She removed all the objects in her study table then proceed on spreading the map and finding what's the matter that WHY IT IS GLOWING.

When she look at the sheet of map she didn't see anything that may lead to something. she kept on looking for any sign but she couldn't see anything AT ALL ! she tried to relax a bit. She find myself looking outside her window and watching the moon reaching its pick on the sky. How incredible and magnificent the view is at night and she is wondering how others ignore this kind of beauty of mother nature. By just simply looking at it, you could feel your muscles stiffness and stress faded away. In the background she could already hear the music that blaring in the air. A music that signifies what occasion is everyone going to celebrate. CHRISTMAS.

Wherein families gather in one specific day to celebrate together where you could see pure joy, sharing of gifts and eating the "NOCHE BUENA" that not many can afford although everyone tried their best to have something in their table whether it's extravagant or to the simplyiest (IDK if that's the right spelling) ones. It is also one of the holidays that she didn't have the chance to celebrate with anyone for the past three (3) years which she last celebrate it with the other children at the orphanage but even there we only have a piece of bread, soup and one main dish. They are not expecting any enormous foods on the table because of the lack of budget the orphanage have even gifts they could only afford the most cheappist (IDK if it's the right spelling) price but allthough they lack of food on their table and don't have the most expensive toy's like any other kids have that time she is still thankful because they celebrate it together and every kids in the orphanage were contented of what they receive from the nuns and from the donations.

Oh how she wish she could stick to being a child having a care free attitude without thinking what's going to happen the next day, when all you have to do were playing your favorite toys and any other stuff that any young kids would love to do. But she didn't experience those things because of her unfortunate life.

*sighs*

In deep thought, she didn't notice of what's happening on the map not until she notice the much brighter glow that it emits before she put it on the table a while ago. When she went closer she saw a visible line in the right part of the map.

"that's strange, when I look at it at the library and even a while ago I didn't see any lines like this ! and WHY THE HECK IS THIS GLOWING? If am not really intrigue with this thing I am going to freak out but since I am kind a weird might as well continue" I said to myself with matching nod as if speaking to herself would make her feel good when infact her nerves is in overdrive.

She raise the map and when it no longer being lighted by the moon the glow fading slowly and the lines that visible earlier were already gone.

"WHAT THE FACE? Where the heck that lines go? Arrrrrrgg this is soooooo frustrating !" she slam back the map on the study table not caring whether it would crumple or tear. She was about to turn her head around when she notice that the glow of the map became brighter again and few part of the lines were visible again. When she was about to grab it and her hands block the moons light that touching the side of the map where the lines were visible, suddenly the light dim and the lines disappeared.

"WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK" she cursed at the top of her lungs.

When she notice about this she instantly move her study table near the window where the raise of the moon is passing through that could reach the map. When the whole map has been lighted by the moon it glow brighter she shield her face from too much light and when she look at it again it only emit faint glow and she saw the lines in the map that look like ehhh??

"Wait this is the towns map? And what's the meaning of that faint glow in the FOREST? I thought that forest was forbidden so why the hell this map seems to attract me to get there?"

She's been thinking what would she do about the map for three (3) hours and she can't find any suitable answer to her questions unless.......

"Is that even a great plan ?" she said while still thinking whether she would continue her plan or not. She knows that having this map is not only a luck and having it in her arms is quite intriguing and of course exciting.

GAIL 'S POV:

It's been a two (2) weeks since the incident of the glowing map happened but I am still pondering with my decision on what am I going to do with it. I've been searching for any clue or information anywhere like books and even in computers but I never found anything.

"ahhhhrrrg, this thing just gives me headache !! what if I'll just throw you away?!" I said while that thought passed through my mind.

"might as well prepare my dinner early"

I place the map at the study table at my room and my dinner. After I wash the dishes I went to my room and decided to sleep.

IN HER DREAM:

I open my eyes and notice that all I could see where pure dark ness. There's not even a single ray of light. But suddenly I heard a voice. A very familiar voice. In which I could only hear to one person.

"MY LOVE ? why are you taking so long? Please come for me. I need you beside me. MY LOVE, THE MAP"

"who---" before I could finish darkness engulf me. I tried to get myself free for me to ask the only man in my dreams but my eyes starting to get droopy. When I can no longer keep my eyes open I made my decision that I wish was right.
