Chapter 12

Zoey's POV

" If it isn't little Miss Sanders." The guy said.

" You don't know me." I said though my teeth.

" Oh I know that you are a Sanders, are on the run," I tense up. " And your mate, is looking everywhere for you." He said in my ear.

" You got the wrong girl. My mate wouldn't come looking for me because I don't have one ." I snarled at him.

" I don't think I have the wrong girl because I know that a Sanders and King are mates." He said with a smirk.

" You got the wrong Sanders then." I pushed him away and started walking away.

" Your mate is Jake Kings, An Alpha am, I right?" He said.

I stopped and tensed. " He stopped being my mate when I ran." I said calmly.

His smirk fell. "The question is why? Come my Alpha needs you."

" Why?" I questioned him.

" Um you see um" He started stuttering.

" What?" I said.

" I just need you to come with me" He replied.

" No, I don't even know your name. So I not going anywhere with you." I said.

" It's Chris. Now lets go. " He grabbed my hand and pulled me to a house.

"I can walk you do know that right?" I questioned him.

" Well, you don't know the way do you know." Chris said with an attitude.

Someone has his panties in a knot.

" What's with the attitude, I was just stating a common fact." I said confused.

" It's not an attitude and it's none of your business." He stopped and snarled at me.

"Jeez I see why you never win the nice award. " I mumble to myself.

" I'm a werewolf not a puppy." he glared at me.

" Some puppies are mean though." I said. He snarled at me.

"We are walking in circles!" I threw my hands up.

"I know my way woman." he pushed me.

" I don't think you do. Wolves are supposed to know where they are going all the time. I think your a unicorn. " I smiled at him.

Chris glared at me and pointed. I looked up and saw a huge house with small ones around it.

"Dude, why are all of you idiots."I slapped him.

"What the hell was that for? " Chris yelled at me.

" For being a stupid idiot! Do you know how many things happen in the middle of no where. A pack could come and surround your pack and you would have no chance, dumb ass." I yell and walk to the house.

" Why would anyone want to attack us?" Chris asked me.

" To take your pack down idiot." I mumbled.

" Oh yeah, no one would come and take down the Lightening Pack." I mumbled under his breath.

I stopped in my tracks. " What pack?" I asked and I slowly turned around to look back at him.

" Not my place to tell you. Come on my Alpha is waiting for us." Chris pulled me with him up into the house. Everyone stopped and looked at me. They all froze and Chris pushed me forward. We started to walk up the stairs. We finally got to the right floor after going up eleven floors, why have them any floor. Jeez get a god damn elevator then dumb fucks.

Chris had knocked on the door. " Come in" Chris pushed me in and shut the door. I was alone with the beast. I look up and see the Alpha smiling proudly.

" Hi Angel, I haven't seen you in awhile" He came towards me and punch him in the gut and knee him in the face. " Don't come near me you, Perv!" I screamed.

" Jesus Zoey, Just like your mother."
" My mother is died and won't be caught in public with a guy like you!"
"Right. Only with your stepfather?"
I growled.

I'm glad our feeling our mutual. I' m your father Zoey. I'm not going to hurt you." As he finished that sentence I fainted.

I know it was been forever. I have been busy with things. I'm having a hard life right now.
