Chaper five

I stayed in the house Sunday, my mom told me that Ivy was at the door and wanted to see if i wanted to go surfing with them and i sais no, not because i was bummed over a fake break up story but everytime i go surfing my hair gets all gross and has sea weed in it, my hair isnt as nice as when Ivy washes hers. I sat on the couch thinking about fill in Josh, he was super nice, why did he even agree? Did he think i was cute? I wanted to know his motivations, last night with his sister, she looked mad at me....she kind of looked familar though. Today was a blur.

Monday came and Ivy picked me up "Hey" She said when i got in, "Hey wheres Yari and Isa?" i asked when they werent in the back
"Yari's car is working now so they both drive to school together like us" She smiled

"Cool"
"You okay Em?" She asked backing from my driveway
"Yes im fine" I lied
She nodded and drove to school
"How was surfing?" She asked
"It was cool and look feel my hair" She parked but we stayed in the car, i felt it "Eh, its normal why?" i asked

"Exactly!  Its normal, no after effects with surfing"she smiled
"Thats because your hair is magic" i joked

"Magic?"She laughed
"Yes"

In class i sat behind a girl with pink her, she usually sits all the way in the back but soon as she turned around i reconized her "You?!" i asked
"Yes, you dont deserve my brother! Why did you do that?!" She growled
"Im sorry, he didnt deserve this youre right,  im sure he explained to you why" I said

She nodded "He did, yes, you owe him," She said soon as the teacher snapped at her to turn around

I've been wanting to talk to her all throughout class but it was maddening that the teacher kept telling us not to talk i wanted his number at least I didn't even say thank you at all he just left, i do owe him too, he went through all this for a stranger, what was his motivations? Why did he do this?
At the end of class i caught up with her "Im Emma " i said
"I know" she snapped
"You do? How?"
" like anyone doesn't know you, you're the most popular, prettiest and the perfect image of  everything"She snapped annoyed
On her book bag was her name printed "lila" i said
She kept walking and stopped by a locker "hey Nate" She said to some guy i didnt know, he gave a sup nod while eating jerky "i want your brothers phone number" i asked
"No"
"Why?"
"Woah, there goes your friends be sure not to be seen with me or theyll kick you out" She laughed

I did something to her, i saw Ivy and stepped away from her she mumbled over her shoulder coward, I walk with Ivy smiling, Yari and Isa were with us too "Ew why were you talking to lila?" Isa said in disgust

"Just asking her about homework" :reat. Another lie

"Hey! You remember last year they started talking smack to us and we had a club that we were about to fight!" Isa said rolling her eyes

Ohhhh thats what she did, i technically wasnt mean to her i was laughing at the comebacks that Isa and Yari said
"I hate her" Yari said in disgust, i shrugged

Oh good, now does Emma have another problem? She has found fill in Josh sister, will she snitch? Leave comments (Isa in pic)
