Tovah: Oh my god where am I, who are you, why am I here.
Jonathan: It's okay, calm down. I'm um, Jonathan and we're in Hawkins, Indianna. Are you okay, did you maybe, um.. hit your head?
Tovah: I don't remember what happened, all I know is I shouldn't be here. I wasn't here before I wasn't even close to here. Why is it so cold? Isn't it summer?
Jonathan: Um no it's November, here take my jacket, I have a blanket in my car, I'll go bring it.
Tovah grabbed Jonathan's arm, hoping he wouldn't leave. She didn't know where she was and she didn't want to be alone.
Tovah: No it's okay, just please stay. I need you to understand, I'm not from here and just moments ago... I wasn't here. Please help me.
The words had startled Jonathan. He'd never met anyone so scared, so helpless. He wanted to help and so he offered help.
Jonathan: I have an idea. Though I don't know how to help you, I'll bring you to the police station, maybe they can help us out.
Tovah: Ya... maybe.
Tovah walked over to the car with Jonathan. She noticed he was shivering. It was a cold night and Jonathan had just given her his jacket. She felt bad and meant to give it back as soon as she got in the car. Tovah walked to the back of the car, she didn't want to sit right beside him. He was already doing enough for her and she didn't want to burden him by making him see her fear stricken body right beside him while he drove. He also didn't know who she was, for all she knew he could be extremely scared and after offering so much help up until now, she didn't want to cause any more stress.
Jonathan: Um.. It's okay, you can sit in the front. The heating only reaches the front. My car's kind of old...
Jonathan opened the right door for her, allowing her to sit before he ran to the other side to get into the driver's seat.
Tovah: Thank you for your kindness, I'm sorry to misfortune you with all of this.. I just ... I'm very confused. I appreciate this a lot.
Jonathan: Oh it's um.. no problem.. I'm glad I could help.
Jonathan's cheek's became redder than they already were from the cold of the night. Tovah sensed though that he was distraught. She'd always had a deep sense of empathy. She grabbed the blanket from the back and covered Jonathan. He still seemed pretty bad, she didn't know what he felt, but she held his hand. She hoped he'd felt better. Jonathan looked at her in confusion but quickly moved his vision back to the road. She noticed his blond hair. It was shorter than she usually liked, but it fit his face well. She examined him, his brown eyes were beautiful, they reminded her of Jodie. She thought back to the situation. She didn't know where she was, and she had to unpack, she had to prepare for the bonfire. But she wasn't at the campsite. No, she was gone. She felt both scared and confused, but as soon as those feeling came on, she felt Jonathan's grip get tighter. He noticed her bleakness and wanted to comfort her. Like when she was younger, she felt tears coming on, but she let them fall instead of holding them in. She felt comfort with him, so she let the tears take over. She lay on his blanketed lap, trying to calm herself. She felt him put his hand on her back, rubbing his hand up and down like as if she were a child. So with that comfort she fell asleep. She didn't know where she was, but she knew she was safe, for now at least.
