Tris's POV
It was a beautiful summer day. We were having lunch with the Dragneels, a meal consisting of chicken, which was the children's, not to mention Natsu's and mine, favorite. The twins were five, and Nashi was six.
We were sitting, eating peacefully when all of a sudden Thalia picked up her chicken leg and ripped all the meat off in one bite.
"I am a chackin swayer!" She chewed and swallowed, after running around the yard like a chicken. Nashi watched her and slowly started to get up before Silver stopped him with a hand to his wrist.
"Dumbo, let me go! I wanna be a chicken slayer too!"
"Nashi, just sit down please. You're ruining the cuteness." Silver answered, watching his sister as she continued to run around. He never resulted to violence no matter how annoying Nashi was. Seemed like he took after me, which kinda made Gray jealous, seeing how he really wanted Silver to destroy Nashi's guts. After all, Nashi was crushing on his baby girl.
I watched as she ran around. She was so full of innocence... It made me jealous. She will never have to go through what I did. She'll never lose us... No matter what obstacles we face, we will always be a family.

I tossed around in bed before slowly opening my eyes to a dimly lit room. I smiled, remembering that happy day twelve years ago. I flipped my body over so that I lay on my left, and looked at the sleeping, adorable, shirtless man next to me. Resting my head on my left hand, I watched as he slept, never getting any less smexier. He had the same toned chest, raven blue hair, and light stubble decorated his chin. Scars crossed his body, and I couldn't help but eye the one from years ago when he had almost died if it hadn't been for the fleece. I leaned back against the pillow, my fingers fidgeting with the magical ice pendant Gray had given to me to propose, which he supposedly picked up at the auction many years ago. It lay there beside the condensed soul of my sister, never leaving my side. I smiled, thinking about how complete my life had become after facing so many hardships. A perfect husband and two, beautiful children.
His body turned to face me and I blushed at his adorable face. Within the next second, I was flipped over, pinned to the bed, Gray smirking sexily over me.
"Caught you looking," he chuckled before lowering his lips to mine. I leaned into the kiss, wishing it would never end.
"Ready to go wake up the kids?" I laughed.
"Aren't they a little too old for that, Gray?"
"They are still our babies, even if they are turning seventeen." He kissed me again before getting up and walking over to the door. I rolled my eyes before getting up and walking out behind him.
No matter how old you get, you are a child at heart, eh? I guess I can relate.
The two of us walked down the hall to the twins' shared room and silently opened the door. The two each slept on their own twin bed on opposite sides of the room. Gray walked over to where Thalia lay and grabbed onto the edge of her blanket. I myself went over to Silver's and grabbed onto his comforter.
"Ready?" Gray asked, his lips turned up into a mischievous smile that made my heart skip a beat. I smiled back and nodded.
"Okay. 3...2...1!" Gray and I both yanked on the twins' blankets and pulled them off in sync.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" The twins turned over in their beds, groaning from exhaustion.
Silver brought his left hand up to his face, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.
"Mom, dad, you two are such children. I don't know how Thaly and I put up with you."
"Come on, Sil. They are so cute, don't ruin it." Groaned a sleepy Thalia, who sat up in bed and hugged her father, Gray enjoying her love as tears started in his eyes.
Like me, he knew that our kids were getting older and they would never stop growing. One day soon, they would be out of the house and later married.
I felt the same tears start to swell in me as well. Sensing this, Silver got out of bed and stood next to me. At his height, he nearly towered over me.
"Mom, stop. You know that no matter how old we get, we'll always love you... And Dad... Maybe..."
"Hey!" Gray pouted playfully and Thalia hugged him tighter.
"Hehe," I giggled, seeing as how Silver just roasted his father and tackled him in a hug.
"Thanks mom, dad. That was the best way to start the day." Thalia gave a big smile as Gray petted the top of her head.
"It gets better," entered a masculine voice.
"Uncle Adonis!" Thalia squealed, running up to hug him.
Adonis stood in the doorway, his cocky smirk making its common appearance. He enveloped Thalia in his arms, his emerald eyes gleaming with happiness. His cut bangs drooped over the side of his face as he leaned to place a kiss on her head.
When the hug broke, he looked into the room, wiggling his eyebrows as he stroke a pose.
"Stop trying to seduce my husband, Ad!" I chuckled and walked over to embrace him.
After the events in the Underworld,  we had been able to move on and become like real siblings.
"Is it ready?" I whispered into his ear.
"Yes," he whispered back, his smile pressing against my ear.
"Great!" I broke the hug and looked back over at the twins.
"You two have a special surprise waiting for you at the back of the house. You best hurry outside."
The twins, though denying that they were children, ran out of the room at a speed comparable to Jet's.
"Those two are adorable," I mumbled.
"You can say that again," Gray hugged me from behind, pecking my cheek.
"Maybe you should go join your 'cuties' outside," Adonis smirked as he stepped out of the room.
Gray pipped up like an adorable, overexcited puppy. "Yeah, let's go join 'em!" Gray then grabbed my hand and dragged me outside.
In the backyard, everything was blue and gold. A large picnic table sat in the middle of the yard, platters of the twins' favorite foods scrunched tight on top.
"Auntie Tris!" Yelled an adorable, seven year old brunette.
"Lily!" Lily was Adonis's demigod child, the mom being the goddess Aphrodite herself. She looked like a replica of her father, the same green eyes, irresistible smile and dimples.
"Did you say hi to your cousins?" I bent down to her level and gave her a small hug.
"Not yet, they are talking to some pink dude."
