Today is thanksgiving, and I'm especially excited to find the gender of our babies. Aaron doesn't know if having twins yet. Katelyn is the only one who knows. Almost everyone is here, and me, Aaron, and my mom have been slaving away all day making food. Katelyn came over carrying a cake that said "Boys, Girls, or one of each?"
Aaron saw and said, "Babe, are you hiding something from me?" "You'll see babe." I kissed his cheek and told everyone except for Katelyn to sit on the couch. "So, as you may or may not know, I am 11 weeks pregnant, and we were able to find out the gender early, but first I have a surprise for everyone, except for Katelyn, I am expecting twins." Aaron came up to me and hugged me. "Now, only Katelyn knows the genders of the babies, so Katelyn will explain what she did." I steeped aside and let her explain. "So, I've made a cake. If you cut into the middle and it's all pink, both are girls. If you cut into the middle and it's all blue, both are boys. If one side is pink, and one side is blue, then one it a boy and the other is a girl. Now Aphmau, would you like to cut into the cake now or wait till after dinner?" Me and Aaron decided to cut into it now. We all went into the kitchen, everyone was crowded around us. I picked up the knife, Aaron held my hand. I cut along the black line in the center, and it was pink and blue! Aaron turned my head and kissed me, and I kissed back. Since dinner has been ready, everyone fixed a plate, then we sat around, ate and talked, mostly about the babies. Aaron held my hand most of the time. He didn't let me do anything for myself. I don't know what came over him. After everyone had cake and left, Aaron picked me up bridal style and sat on the couch with me on his lap. He bent down and whispered, "I love you," in my ear, and I smiled. He kissed me, and we had a little make out session. After me and him pulled away, he hugged me tight and I fell asleep in his arms.
