Mukami? Part 1

~chocolate's POV~

I looked at Yuki surprised a tiny blush on my cheeks. "U-umm....I-I..." I didn't know what to say to her. "Hey. You can't have Chocolate." A familiar voice said. I watched as Kanato stood in front of me blocking Yuki from my view.

"She belongs to me and teddy....I won't give her to a pathetic human like you. Right teddy?" Kanato asked. I could tell he was glaring even though his back was facing me. "Humph! Kanato-kun! That's not nice to say to your girlfriend!" Yuki yelled at him pouting.

"You're not my girlfriend. I don't need anyone but teddy." Kanato said sternly. I just stood there not knowing what to do. "Chocolate....do you...know...what class...you're in?" Azusa finally spoke up quietly. I looked over at him and shook my head no. He hummed as he looked over and Kanato and Yuki.

I noticed that Yuki was happily clinging to Kanato while he tried to get her off of him. "I-If she k-keeps t-that up...w-won't k-Kanato-sama h-hurt her?" I asked. Azusa shook his head. "Kanato-kun....doesn't hit....anyone....in...the school....because of....Reiji-kun."

I look at him and nod. Suddenly he goes and takes my hand causing me to slightly....blush? I wondered. "I'll...take you...to your...class." He mumbled. Just as he started to drag me away my other hand was grasped. "Where do you think you're taking chocolate?!" It was Kanato.

He was glaring at Azusa who didn't look scared in the slightest. "I'm...taking her....to class." Azusa said simply. Kanato glared even more. "She has class with me and teddy! She doesn't need you!" Kanato yelled.

Yuki stood there watching before smiling brightly. Before I could even react she was hugging me. "I'll take her to class!" She cheered happily. Both Azusa and Kanato look down at her. "No." They both said. I just stood there as the three of them continue to fight.

I don't know what to do until suddenly I'm lifted up off the ground. "So this is where you were Azusa." A voice spoke. I look back and see a guy with brown hair and eyes. He glanced over at me and smirked. "I can take ya to your class Sow." He said.

"S-sow?!" I asked shocked. He nods. Kanato glares while Yuki whines. Azusa doesn't say anything. "I'll see ya around Azusa." And with that the boy threw me over his shoulder and started walking in a random direction. "HEY! BRING CHOCOLATE BACK!!!!" Kanato yelled angry.

The boy ignored him and continued to walk. I was too shocked and embarrassed to even move.

~time skip~

When we had reached my new class the boy set me down and sighed. "You must be that one girls sister or something right?" He asked. I looked at him confused. "D-do y-you m-mean s-sugar?" I ask tilting my head. He hums. "So that's her name...yeah she's a weird girl." He said.

I smile a small smile. "Y-yes. I-I suppose." I said. The boy hums before patting my head. "Well see ya around. Chocolate right?" He asked. I nod. He smirks and walks off. "Yuma Mukami." He said before disappearing. I just stood there for a moment before entering the classroom.

I was given my seat and waited till class began. As I'm waiting the door opens again only to reveal Azusa. Azusa looks over at me and smiles slightly. I watched as he went and sat at the seat next to me on my left. "I...forgot to...mention...I'm in...your class." He said.

I nod with a small smile. "H-hello a-again." I said. He nods. Just then the door was slammed open. I watched as Kanato angrily stood there with Yuki right behind him smiling happily. Kanato's eyes scanned the room before landing on me. He frowned slightly and walked over to where I was.

I watched as he took the seat on my right and squeezed teddy. "....you'll be punished later....right teddy?" He asked smiling. I shivered slightly only to have someone poke my arm. I look back over and see Azusa. "Don't worry...pain...isn't bad." He said.

I just looked at him silently my eyes filled with confusion. 'What...does he mean?' I thought. Just then the teacher came in and class had begun. I payed attention as the teacher spoke along with the other kids. As class went on I noticed that three of the students weren't paying attention.

Yuki, Azusa, and Kanato. Kanato was talking to teddy while Yuki was happily drawing in her notebook while giggling and looking over at Kanato occasionally me. Then...there was Azusa. I watched as he looked down at his bandages. His eyes held an emotion I couldn't read.

It almost looked as if...he was talking to whatever was under those bandages. I looked back down at my notebook and my eyes became sad slightly.

'I wish....I could understand emotions and life more.....'
