Tyler, Jordan, Amy, Emerson, Jacquelyn and Spencer sat together at a table in some diner. Amy had sat next to Spencer when his cupcake came out.

Spencer's friends had sung him happy birthday. It was good, and fun.

Amy had picked up the chocolate cupcake carefully, and brought it up, smashing it into his mouth. Amy and Emerson giggled as Spencer gasped, a smirk playing his lips.

Spencer laughed, looking down at Amy.

"Wanna help clean this off?" Spencer smirked.

Amy bit her lip, and nodded, "Depends. How you wanna do it?"

The smirk never left Spencer's face. Slowly, he brought his hand to Amy's face, and placed his fingers under her chin, tilting her head gently. Amy smiled as Spencer had leaned in, kissing her softly.

Emerson groaned and buried her face into Jordan's shoulder. Jordan laughed, and gently patted Emmy's thigh.

Tyler coughed, "Okay, kids. Enough of that."

"They're done, now." Jordan whispered, leaning down to Emerson's ear as the two had stopped kissing.

Emerson looked up, seeing Amy with pink cheeks. Amy had liked Spencer for a while. As had Spencer liked her.

Emmy giggled as the two now had white icing all over their faces. Even Tyler and Jacquelyn laughed.

"Wow. Kinda wish Hunter was here. I wanna kiss someone now." Emerson murmured.

"You can kiss me," Jordan joked, winking at Emerson.

Amy snorted, throwing her head back as she laughed. Jordan laughed nervously, tapping his fingers against his knee. All while attempting not blush. If he did; it would have been so obvious.

Emerson smirked, playing along. "You wish."

"Man, I need a girlfriend." Jordan muttered.

Amy winked at Jordan and smirked, then slyly adverted her glance towards the redhead. It was easy to tell that she was trying to set them up. Amy had been since their freshman year.

Emerson blushed and shook her head. She sighed, "Amy, we're just friends. I'm with Hunter."

"You look cuter with Jordan. Just saying." Amy stated.

It was Jordan's turn to blush, his cheeks quickly turning pink as he looked down. With Amy's constant teasing, his crush towards Emerson was growing. But still, he couldn't do anything.

Afterwards, the group walked around Nashville, in the heart of the city. Jacquelyn and Tyler were talking quietly to themselves with their hands together. As well as Spencer and Amy.

Well, Jordan and Emerson stayed quiet, walking next to each other awkwardly.

Jordan knew it why it was awkward, and he knew what he wanted to do. He just wanted to stop her in the middle of the sidewalk and kiss her. Kiss her and tell her how beautiful he thought she was.

But then again, he playing chicken.

Emerson had a feeling of why it was awkward. She had feeling that Jordan had a thing for her. Emerson just kept pushing him to the side, friend-zoning him. She hated rejecting him, but she was in a relationship.

Jordan took a sharp breath, and gently touched her hand with his. When Emerson didn't pull away, Jordan took it a step further; wrapping his hand around her small one.

Jordan let out a small breath, a small smile began to make its way onto his lips.

With Spencer and Amy behind the rest of the group, he had stopped her abruptly. In silence, he stood in front of her and gently took her hand before leaning down and kissing her again. After a few seconds, Spencer pulled away, resting his forehead against Amy's.

"Come on," he whispered, "It's pretty obvious that we like each other. Will you let me take you out?"

Amy smirked and giggled, "As friends or your girlfriend?"

"Preferably my girlfriend." Spencer laughed, his cheeks quickly turning pink in the dark.

Amy smiled, letting go of his hands and went to cup his face, placing her lips on his. As if it was a instinct, Spencer's hands went to her waist.

"Well duh." Amy laughed, pulling back slightly.

Amy and Spencer jumped back, hearing the applause from the rest of the group. A certain redhead was pretty happy for her best friend.

Was wasn't Emerson that happy with Hunter?

Jordan had only wished that interaction had happened between him and Emerson. Somehow, with Emerson, he was happiest. It wasn't an infatuation; and he knew that. Jordan wanted nothing more than admit his feelings for Emerson.
