Born on the planet Biko in the city of Durban on August 27 2520 Carter was drafted into the Spartan 3 program in Alpha company. In 2531 after an unknown amount of time he became the leader of Noble team . Him and spartan B320 (Kat) were the only survivors of the original team . Carter took the guilt of Thom the original Noble six that has been killed in the battle of
Fumirole in April 22 2552. Carter has lead Noble team threw various battles the last one was the Battle of Reach .Carter has whiteness every death of his team except for Jorge Emile Noble six and Jun (who actually survived the battle) . Carter, Emile and Six were deliveringThe package to Jacob Keyes . While delivering the package a Scarab was in the way telling Six and Emile to deliver the package by foot while he Holds it off.
DEATH
While going to the site where Keyes was Emile and Six spots Carter in the pelican and ramming it into the Scarab Killing him and the Scarab in the Process .
