Chapter 5: Blood Attraction

Continually checking my surrounding I saw two guys in the distance behind me so I paid it no mind. I continued walking and when I looked again they keep getting closer and closer so I walked faster. I literally started running when suddenly one gripped my shoulder asking me what I got on me. I said nothing but I punched him the face then started running through the trees of the school. I scratched my arm real good on one branch and fell down. On the floor I turned around and they were standing over me and one had a blade ready to cut me.  At that moment I thought my life was over and that I had learnt my lesson walking home alone. I had my phone on me and I had five hundred dollars from Marcel's tip. I didn't want give that money up and I dam sure didn't want go out without a fight so I stood up.

Suddenly something happened that I couldn't explained at all. It was this extremely fast force attacked the two guys. It was frightening them and throwing them with great strengths. It was a man dressed in all black but he had a face that was beginning to become familiar to me. It was marcel fighting as he totally dismantled these two guys that were trying to rob me. He then turned around to me then he said why are you walking home by yourself

Gabe: Why are you alway there when something is about to happen to me and why were you moving so fast.

Marcelous: Don't worry about all that but are you ok? Come let me take you home?

Gabe: No explain!

Marcelous: Get to know me and in due time you will learn more about me and about yourself.

Gabe: About myself? How do you know me? You don't know nothing about me I'm just your average island boy that moved here to go to school

Marcelous: I know a lot more that meets the eye and maybe you need to look pass the surface of things. Can I take you home where it's safe now?

Gabe: Fine! As Marcel was walking me to my dorm I just was checking him out. He took off his jacket and he had on a white tank top with black jeans but I guess he was hot. His style was so different than your average teenager. How old are you I asked?

Marcelous: Way older than you I'm sure as he laughed

Gabe: Who give you joke just answer the question

Marcelous : How old do I look?

Gabe: You look like you twenty three or twenty four

Marcelous: Good guess! He said sarcastically then he laughed again

Gabe: Stop playing man be real with me I said as we walked up on my dorm he then said you are home safe.

Marcelous: Let me check you out and make sure you ok

Gabe: Why you so caring i said as I smiled

Marcelous: I'm just trying to make sure you were ok Gabe

Gabe: How do you know my name I never told you my name I started to freak out and I raised my hand to him he saw the blood that I got from the tree branch . He started to walk away then I said wait what's wrong?

Marcelous: Go inside I don't want to hurt you just go away

Gabe: I walked up behind him putting my hand on his shoulder and when he turned to look at me his eyes were black and his teeth were sharp. I know I probably was seeing things. Not knowing what I just saw I jumped back and when I look he was gone.  I called his name and he was no where in sight but I ran up to my dorm room scared as hell.  When I got into my room to tell Adam what had happen he had all of the loose sheet of paper floating in the room. I said I just had a long ass night to come home and you here doing magic as well.

Adam: I just was practicing a spell i saw in this book I found in the library in that old book section. You know the one where no one ever goes to go read but I just went to go check it out. My family name is in this book but I have to go ask my Grammy about it to make sure it's the same family tree. I can't believe I can actually do magic but then he saw the blood on my hand. He then said what happened to you? You cut yourself in the restaurant?

Gabe: No nigga but I almost got mugged but this guy that's been popping every where saved me. He not only saved me but he totally murdered those guys. He had super speed, super strength and super moved! It freaked me out!

Adam: He sounds hot!

Gabe: He is sexy but he can't be human is what I'm trying to say

Adam: Nigga so cause I'm not human and we just found that out literally a few days ago. You properly aren't either so get over it and open your mind, that the things we thought weren't true really are. Shit if I had a sexy ass hero always there at the right time saving me then I would be all over him.

Gabe: Well I don't know if I'll ever see him again because disappeared

Adam: He spanked my ass then he said you see that fat cake you got? Trust me he coming back for that as we both laugh then he said that's if he's gay. He can't be a freak and gay that will make him a double freak. We just started laughing then he said let me check my spell book for healing spell.

Gabe: Listen to this old witch

Adam: Fuck you he said as he burst out laughing but you know this is what it's going be. We can have a easier life but I think I read something about using to much magic it can do something to your human body.

Gabe: After this don't use no more magic until we go to your Grammy on your birthday and she tells you more about what your dealing with. I don't want nothing happen to you so

Adam: I know! I know! He then found the spell and we both closed our eyes chanted the words out the book. When we open our eyes I was completely healed and it scared me. He then said it worked! It worked!

Gabe; I guess coming down to your birthday your powers going to get stronger and stronger. That is so cool!

Adam: Yea but with great powers come more responsibility and a lot of problems I'm sure.

Gabe: you going come with me tomorrow after class so I can go buy this car with the he money my daddy give me. I didn't want spend it but after that thing happened tonight I kind of figured I can't be walking to much in Philly.

Adam: Yea for sure we can go check it out but you never told me how was work? Any hot guys?

Gabe: Yea it was cool and the bartender names Yazz is so sexy he looks like Micheal B Jordan. Same complexion just a little bit taller than us and he's bi sexual. His confidence about who he is, it's  so sexy tell it ain't funny  but I gave him my number.

Adam: I coming to work with you tomorrow and sit down do some homework cause the sexy guys seem to be there in full effect. I could use me one little something something if you know what I mean.

Gabe: We so gay that I love it but let's go get some rest cause we got a big day tomorrow in front of us.

We shut off all the lights then we went to because we knew we had a big day in front of us. I still could help but think about Marcel and the fact that he saved me. Even though I'm scared because I don't know what he is i still I'm drawn to him. Am I curious? Or is something deeper between us that I don't know anything about! I hope I see him again that way he can let me know what's going on because something tell me soon I going need to know this information.
