3: The journy

"Why do I have to be here again?" I was annoyed for being here. "You have too, your brother is about to arrive and we need to celibate." my mother said while she was preparing the meals. My brother Christ is returning from Kalos and had to travel a long way from Castelia City to Aspertia City where we live. But Christ is the out going type of person. When he has something in his mind he goes for it, and that why we are celebrating right at the moment he is here and then he'll leave again. You see my brother only visit for about an hour or two, and then he'll leave to go on another journey. He is probably thinking of where to go next at this moment.

Christ and I never did get along and to be honest I barely know him at all. He's two years older than me and the moment he started his journey he always traveling. He missed many moments here like birthdays, holidays, our niece being born, etc. But everybody here seem to be okay with it and don't bother with it, but for me I even forgot that he's my brother most of the time.

The only thing I know about him is his name, his Ninetales, what journey he's taking, and what region he's in.

This is another reason why I never want to travel because you never know when you're going to return home again. But I have no right to stop what a person want to do with their life. So I'm sitting at the table with my niece Iris who's three and was drawing a Pikachu.

"Diana" I heard mom calling for me. "Would you go to Floccesy town very quick because I forgot to get a few ingredients ." Really to Floccesy but that take an hour to get there? I was about to question her but she already gotten the list ready for me to go. "Fine, I'll take my bike." I grab my bag that had my sketchbook, pencils color or non, an eraser, pen, my new version Pokedex that my mom insisted that I at least have that, some warm clothes, and some on the road snacks and some cash for the stuff I needed to get. I was heading towards the door when "Wait take this you might need it." Mom handed me a tiny bag, "What's in it?" I question her but mom said to open it half way there and she'll take no for an answer.

I had decided to dress in my long black coat, my black mittens, a red scarf, and my white puffy hat. For starters it said it was about to snow very soon and I can't stand the cold. My mom had insisted that I take Rosa with me but I declined because Rosa hated that I ride my bike so fast that once she scolded my head to stop. "Travel safety and don't open the bag until you get there okay!" mom yell as I was getting on my bike. Soon I was on my was to Floccesy town.

~2 hours later~
I was so dead if I managed to get home, because on my was to Floccesy there were road works that blocked the way so I had to take a detour and somehow I ended up lost. So right now I'm riding through some weird rode that isn't in use anymore and it was getting dark and a bit creepy.

'Okay just follow the track and maybe I get to a town soon before the snow starts falling' I thought as I kept going and also checking my map if this is the right way. Soon a Woobat came out of nowhere and I crash into a tree. After the crash I gotten a few scrapes here and there. " Oh great a flat" as I looked at my bike, "Now how am I gonna get to Floccesy now." I grumpily said as I got my bike and starts to walk instead.

I continue walking and reading the map when I remember the bag my mom gave me 'don't open the bag until you get there okay!' but decided to open it anyway. As I looked inside I groan "Really mom" inside were pokeballs that are actually Nest balls, pokeblokes of many colors, and a sooth bell.

Obviously my mom expected me to find and catch a Pokémon on this trip. "Sometimes I don't understand that woman" as I put the bag away and continue walking. On the was I saw an old looking bridge over a deep and muddy river, that looks about to fall apart at any moment. I was thinking weather to cross it or not, but seeing that it was the only one around I decided to cross it but to be on the safe side I left my bike behind. As I was walking the old wood creak at every steps I took and wobble a bit. I was half way there when the wood under me break way. "Waaaaaaahh!" I fell threw and I brace for the impact that was coming. But it never did I looked around confused and saw that I was hovering a feet off the ground. That when I saw a small fuzzy, muddy, and creepy looking creature looking at me.

"Um..... Hi?" I said and the creature ran off and I fell to the ground with an oof. The creature was hidden under papers and mud build den. I figured that it was a Pokémon because it seem it did a psychic type move earlier. I went to the little den and looked threw the hole and saw two big pinkish purplish eyes starring back at me. "Hi-umm thanks for saving me back there and all." I said and was about to leave when I a faint cry 'Don't leave me alone' I turnaround to see who said that but only saw the Pokémon peaking out of its den "Did you just-" 'speak no, but I did speak telepathically yes'. I look stuns at that and for some odd reason it didn't frighten me one bit.
