POV: April
Sure mikey can make breakfast raph can punch and leo can puff out his chest while resiting some line from 'Space Heroes ' but none of them can create a retro mutagen. Or have those deep brown eyes with that orangey glare that looks amazing with his purple mask. donnie alone has an adorable gap where one tooth isn't. "Oh. . . Um, eggs are good," i answer Mikey with my break fast choice. I was the last to give my order and the last to get my food but donnie the 3rd to get his ham omelet waits for me to start consuming his breakfast. My scrambled eggs are extra cheesy just the way i like them. but donnie's eggs look cold when i offer hime some of mine he declines as i expected like the gentleturtle (gentleman but he is a turtle* get it? its funny laugh!!!!!!! *)he is, even when i insist he eats his cold omelet. then the turtles go to their usual thursday morning training with master splinter, while caoilinn lauren nicola Kylie anna and i wait for our training we talk and try to beet the turtle's and Adam's high scores and best of all watch space heroes syke we are sure to watch none of that even nicola doesn't object more than saying "its a good show" while caoilinn and Kylie devote their time to video games and setting a new high score for their boyfriends to beat, nicola lauren anna and i discuss the pros and cons of having a mutant boyfriend. " i don't see the appeal to dating a mutant," lauren states "well maybe because leo is taken, " nicola defends leo as usual " i don't like guys they are smelly annoying and have big egos." anna stated matter-of- factly then lauren and nicola both defended their human and turtle boyfriends. "Turtles rock!" Kylie and caoilinn yelled as they high fived and completed the level Raph and Mikey were stuck on! " But our video game skilz are better than their's!" they said confidently but not as loud. Then nicola and lauren occupied anna while i had time to dream about donnie, and think about the upcoming discoveries to be made in the new research donnie and are are doing on the new kraang communication device. I snort a little when i think of how i was stuck tutoring Casey jones, and that brings my silence to the attention of anna lauren and nicola who i fear are about to ask bout my lack of contribution to the conversation when the guys come in. raph plots down on a bean bag next to caoilinn and Mikey does the same next to Kylie. Adam sits on the couch next to lauren looking exosted then leo comes in and puffs out his chest when he nears nicola he also looks tiered and beat up. then in walks donnie we share a moment gazing into each other's eyes, before I'm dragged into training.
