hi ! don't forget to kik me at sfelsen and get your friends to read this. :) btw don't worry the one direction part is coming soon hahaha

the hospital was dead. especially the third floor where my mom was. rarely you would see a person visiting here, all there was is old creepy doctors, and nurses who looked like they would rather jump off a bridge then be where they were.

by now it was raining real hard, and you could hear the peaceful pitter patter of rain dancing on the windows. the long beams of light bulbs gave off a quiet buzz.

"i feel like I'm in a fucking prison!" Jason whined, trying to be cool by using 'big boy words.' dad elbowed Jason's shoulder.

but Jason is right. I feel like the third floor on Sloan memorial hospital is like a prison. I couldn't help but feel sympathy for my mom, having to be stuck here all day.

it made me feel better knowing that pulling the plug means that mom won't be stuck in this jail cell anymore.

I quickly erased that thought from my mind.

when we got to moms room, we noticed that she looked even worse from the last time we visited her, Wednesday. my dad, Jason, and I

took turns giving mom hugs and telling her how much we loved her. when I gave her the bracelet, I could see tears rolling down her face, but she quickly wiped them away, hoping I didn't notice.

the bracelet fit perfectly around her cold, shriveled wrist. it seemed like the bracelet had a power, and it was giving her strength.

after that, the rest of the visit was a blur. the doctor coming in, (who I SWORE could be a pedofile) telling us that leaving my mom on life support would be poor living quality for her, and that they have to take her off the machines. there was sobbing and hugs, but Jason was the worst of it all. he was clinging onto mom and crying into her chest. time passed and we had to leave because our visiting passes expired. the doctors gave us fake smiles as we left the room, and assured us that everything would be okay.

on our way out of the hospital, a pretty yet plump girl about my age approached me. she had a neon pink cast on her leg, and was in a wheelchair. "hi, I'm Lindsey," she smiled nervously. "I'm sorry if this comes off as creepy, but I by accidentally hit the third floor button on the elevator by accident, and couldn't help but hear the story about your mom, I'm really sorry," the girl was nervous babbling, it was kinda comforting.

"thanks, Lindsey, I'm Simone," I said with a sorrow smile, "nice meeting you." I turned to walk away, but she grabbed my arm.

"wait! you see, I broke my leg, and I can't go to the one direction meet and greet I have tickets for next weekend. I want to give them to you."

I guess I was staring at her for a while, because he grabbed two red and black tickets from her pocket and handed them to me. I couldn't believe how nice people could be to you, even if you barely knew them.

"are you sure?" I asked.

"yes," she chuckled.

"positive?"

"positive!"

I forgot about all of the pain for a minute, grabbed the tickets, gave Lindsey a kiss on the cheek, and skipped into the parking lot, finding dad and Jason waiting for me in the car. their eyes were still puffy and blood shot, but they also had a hint of confusion.

sorry if I was kinda babbling in this chapter. but I can't wait for the next one! don't forget to kik me :)
