Hundreds of thousands of years ago, a kingdom was shrouded from the many realms around it. Only in a few epics was this Kingdom briefly referenced, but not even by name. The epics foretold of the kingdoms power, an unimaginable force beyond that of any realm. Although many scholars debate the validity of the vague of the epics, leading many to believe the epic to be fiction. With its name lost in the obscurity of time, waiting to recovered like a lost artifact.
It wouldn't be until a young elven girl, looking to save her world, would uncover the truth. The story of the forgotten kingdom; a story telling of how the kings of all the worlds traveled there and pleaded to the ruler, to save their realms from the inextinguishable armies of darkness. Now a new threat has reared, Orc and Vampfear have begun staging force for invasion. The young elven girl franticly search for clues to help her unlock the mystery surrounding the nameless kingdom in a race against time. Before the elven realms Join the nameless. With elders scoffing at her, she set out on her journey alone.
"I can't believe they think I'm stupid." She comments to herself.
"Who are they to question my sound evidence" She shouted storming out of the palace.
Scrolls jumbled in her arm's as she marched down the palace steps.
"I'll find the forgotten be myself." She remarked loudly.
Fuming with anger the young Elven girl stormed back to her Grandfathers cottage. The walk from the palace was filled with many annoying vegabonds and street vendors that only made it worse. Arriving back home she flung open the door throwing her scrolls on the table.
"What's troubling you?" A voice called
"They just laughed, and scolded me Grandpa." She replied.
"Come here, sit with me." Her grandfather requested.
She walked into the room, her grandfather was sitting in his old arm chair with a book resting in his lap.
"Elle, did you go and talk to them about the forgotten Kingdom." He broke the silence.
"Yes Grandpa, and they just ridiculed me." Elle replied.
"It seems that you have firmly set your sights on following this through, and as a guardian I could do nothing more than push you in the right direction. I have a friend, more of a mysterious stranger who was there in a time of need" Her Grandpa chuckled. "Nonetheless he could offer you much in your endeavors to reveal the truth" He finished with a sigh of melancholy.
"You never told me about him." she replied.
"When I was your age, I did a lot of traveling." He said beginning his story.
"I was a little older the you are now when I ran into this stranger." He continued.
"He was strange to say the least, but we got to talking at a tavern I had stopped in at for the night." He continued in an exciting tone.
"He wore a long rob that covered his hands and feet with the hood pulled over his face." He paused.
"What else grandpa?" Elle asked gripping the edge of her chair.
"Well you see, his robe wasn't like an elven robe or any robe I'd seen for that matter. Darker and more eerie than a starless night, softer than even the silkiest of garments." He dazed off in a dream like state.
"What did you talk about?" Elle asked inching forward in her seat.
"Many things." He replied mischievously, taking his time. "Like where he got his robes" He continued even more ominously.
