After you make your choices you leave the room and look for TORIEL. You reach a patch of leaves and decide to call TORIEL and tell her hello. "*This is TORIEL. *You only wanted to say hello...? *well then... *hello *I hope that suffices. *Hee hee" *click* You walk into the next room and find a dead tree and hear TORIEL call out "*Oh dear, that took longer then I thought it would." She keeps walking not noticing you till she calls you and sees you in surprise. "*How did you get here, my child? *are you hurt? * There, there, I will heal you. * I should not have left you alone for so long. * It was irresponsible to try to surprise you like this. *Err... *Well, I suppose I cannot hide it any longer. *Come, small child one." She last says before walking off. You see her walk into a building and walk in it. You walk in and notice it's a house.

Then TORIEL greets you. "*Do you smell that? *Surprise *It is a butterscotch-cinnamon pie. *I thought we might celebrate your arrival. * I want you to have a nice time living here. * So I will hold off on snail pie for tonight. *Here, I have another surprise for you." She walks off again to another part of the house telling you to follow her. She grabs you hand and shows you to your room. Then she lightly pats you on the head. "Is something burning...? *um, make yourself at home!" Then she runs of to check. You enter the room and remember how tired you are. So you sleep in your bed and fall asleep. *Time passes* You wake up and notice not only that it's late but that TORIEL left you a pie. You get out of your bed to check and save it for latter. You go threw the house and explore the many rooms and plants. Finally you find a room with a fire place and TORIEL reading in front of it.

You find books over a old war and tools for the fire place. You talk to TORIEL who was very focused on her book. "* Up already, I see? *Um, I want you to know how glad I am to have someone here. * There are so many old books I want to share. * I want to show you my favorite bug-hunting spot." She keeps talking about many plans of what to do. But noticed the gloom one the face and asks what's wrong. And you tell her you want to go home. She responds panicky. "*What? *This... this IS your home now. *Um... would you like to hear about this book I am reading? But you just ask her how to leave the ruins. TORIEL keeps trying to distract you from the question but you don't stop. She says she has something to do and leaves the room in hurry. But you decide to follow her down stairs. Into a long under ground tunnel. You see her and she notices and says. "* You wish to know how to return "home," do you not? * Ahead of us lies the end of the RUINS. *A one-way exit to the rest of the underground. * I am going to destroy it. *No one will be able to leave again. * Now be a good child and go upstairs. She runs off but you keep following her. She sees you again and says with a disgusted face. "*Every human that falls down here shares the same fate. * I've seen it again and again. *They come. They leave. They die. * You naive child... *If you leave the RUINS... *They... *ASGORE... *Will kill you. * I am only protecting you don't you understand. *Now go to you room." But you don't and follow her to the exits of the ruins. She sees you and says that you are like the other humans and that now you have to prove you are strong enough to pass. The room gets dark and she attacks!
