The breeze was getting colder and colder as I sat down on the grass. I stared at the splashing water on the dancing fountain, and some flashbacks came into my mind.

We were so happy together, playing on the muds, splashing waters to each other, sometimes he would break into our house like it's his home, we were childhood best friends. But all of that was gone, in just a blink of an eye.

I searched for him, i tried to ask some of the people were he went, but no one could answer. I would sometimes stay the on the fountain where we first met, hoping he would come back for me. But it's been 8 years already, and I realized he will never come back.

All those memories were gone as tears started falling on my face. I tried to stop my tears from falling, but I just can't. I looked down to hide my tears from people who came near the fountain.

"I think you might actually need this, miss." Someone said from behind me, he held out an handkerchief to me. I wiped my tears away.

"You don't need to hide that feeling, miss. Its okay to cry." He continued as he sat down next to me. He held out his handkerchief again, but I ignored it. He suddenly pulled out my hand as he placed his handkerchief on my palm. Its rude to reject some offers so I wiped my tears using it.

I tried to give it back to him, but he reject it and told me to keep it, because I might need that sometimes. I just continued to look down because I was embarrassed that he saw me crying.

"You can talk about your problem if you would want to." He said, breaking the silence.

I shooked my head "Its nothing."

"You can't be crying just because of nothing. Every one cries for a reason. " He said. I tried to look at him for the first time, his hair was a little bit messy and dark. He suddenly looked at me, his beautiful blue eyes were shining at me from the darkness.

I felt awkward because we were staring at each other for a moment, so I looked away. I heard him chuckled, and it was the cutest thing ever.

"Your eyes are beautiful." He said. I was shocked for a moment by what he said.

"W-well, thanks." I whispered. He smiled.

He suddenly grabbed the photo on my hand. "This is your boyfriend. Am I right?" He asked while staring on the photo of me and my childhood best friend.

I grabbed the photo from him and hid it on my wallet. "Of course not! Can't you see, we were so young on the photo! How could he even be my boyfriend?!" I shouted at him.

He looked shocked for a bit, but then burst out laughing. "Calm down, missy. I was only trying to make you laugh."

"Well, that wasn't even funny.!" I shouted again. He stopped laughing and apologized.

"Who's that in the photo then?" He asked.

"He's my childhood friend. But I don't even know where he is now. " I answered, staring at our photo.

"He's the reason you're crying, isn't it?" He asked again, and I nodded. "Well I think he doesn't deserve the tears you've wasted, he's not worth crying for."

"I guess, you're right." I smiled at him.

"I once had a childhood bestfriend too. But I didn't know what happened to het anymore. I can't remember anything about her. I-i guess I lost my memory." He said looking down.

He suddenly stood up and streched his hand for me.
"You wanna go buy some ice cream? My treat. So you could somewhat be happy."

I nodded and held his hands as I stood up. We walked towards the ice cream stand and look at the flavors. He looked at me and gave me that 'what do you want' look. I pointed out the bubblegum and the strawberry flavor. He chose the chocolate and vanilla flavor. We sat on the bench as we ate the ice cream.

"Missy, we already talked about your past, walk together, and eat ice cream. But I don't even know your name." He said.

I chuckled "I don't even know yours either."

"I'm Nathan, but call me Nate. So may I know yours, miss?" He said as he gave me a wink, and laughed.

"You guess. I mean 'heaven' in korean language. So who do you think am I?" I asked him. He stared at me curiously, and I just laughed at him.

"Its Haneul. Isn't it?" He asked. I nodded.

"Congratulations!" I joked him as I shake his hands, we both laugh.

"Your name is beautiful, it really suits you. But can I call you Heaven instead? Cause it suits you more." He said and smiled, I didn't realize I was already blushing, but I just smiled back and nod.

He stood up and I followed him. We walked together under the bright moon and stars. We suddenly stopped by the bridge.

"Where do you live? I'll walk you home. " He asked, checking his watch.

"No need, I'll go home by myself. Treating me an ice cream is enough. " I said as I smiled. He shooked his head

"Its almost 11, it's dangerous for a girl like you to walk alone at night. " He said. I nodded at him.

Minutes, we reached my house. We stopped by the gate, I looked at him.

"Thanks, Nate. See you around. Good night." I said as I entered the gate.

"No problem. Good night Heaven." He smiled at me as he waved goodbye.

I entered my room with a smile on my face. He really did made me happy
