Hi! Here's another story for y'all :) Enjoy! Credits to artist! ^^

"That's it, keep going!" The teacher clapped along to the beat of the music while I danced my heart out. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her.

I, Marinette Dupain-Cheng used to be a noob as they call it. A newbie. The journey started when I was 14...

No one's POV:

"Marinette, dear..." A certain voice called out, opening the trapdoor to her room. "Time to get up! You wouldn't want to be late for ballet, would you?" Sabine Dupain-Cheng. Mother of Marinette and wife of Tom Dupain. Sabine used to be a ballerina until one day she married Tom and had to give up her dream. Now, with her daughter being 14, she pushed Marinette to be a ballerina as well.

The bluenette got out of bed, grabbing a hair tie to pull her hair up into a messy bun. "That should do it." Hurriedly, she hopped into the car in hopes to get a front row seat in class.

"Sorry I'm late!" She squeaked, as the teacher and her fellow students stared at the girl who was NOT prepared at all. "Marinette? Will you please change into proper attire?" The ballet instructor asked, earning a nod in return.

Marinette rushed to the change rooms, changing into her appropriate clothes. The whole class had already began to practice their moves, while she was still in the change rooms. "I am so late! Whoaaaaaaa!!!" Thud. She falls on her behind, looking up to see a blonde boy who seemed to be late too, flashing her a toothy smile.

They stood there, looking at each other straight in the eye for a while, before they got interrupted by the instructor's booming voice. "I-I'm sorry... I tend to be clumsy." The blonde boy laughed nervously, scratching the back of his neck. "It's fine... I'm Adrien."

He held a hand out to her, hoping she would shake it. Thankfully, she did. "I'm Ma-"

"Dupain-Cheng! Agreste! Hurry it up in there!" The teacher hollered, calling over the two teens who were busy staring at each other. They focused again and made their ways to the back of the classroom.

First impression... Not so great so far... Marinette thought, watching as the teacher demonstrated a few ballet positions. "I take it you like ballet?" The bluenette whipped her head to the left, only to see the same blonde boy she had bumped into, whispering in her ear.

She nodded shyly, grinning. "Yeah... How about you?" Adrien repositioned himself so that he was sitting across from Marinette. "Yeah. It's one of my passions, I guess..." Her eyes widened at the sight of a certain logo on his ballet uniform.

"Y-you're..." She pointed a shaking finger towards the logo. Adrien furrowed his eyebrows, his gaze directing to the logo. "Ah, that's my dad. Yep. Gabriel Agreste's son."

In her mind, she wanted to scream and jump up and down. Marinette was always a fan of Gabriel Agreste. "No way! I love your father's work! I-I mean how he danced ballet..." Then she found herself blushing.

Adrien chuckled at her quirkiness, then diverted his gaze to a certain honey blonde who was glaring at them. "Excuse me..." He pushed past Marinette, sitting down next to the honey blonde girl.

"Chloe, will you PLEASE stop glaring at her. I can talk to anyone I want." Chloe huffed, storming away. Discreetly, she was still glaring at the bluenette. Adrien is mine. He doesn't love me yet, but he will.

"Marinette, will you show us your ballet routine?" She jumped up at the call of her name, stepping into the center. The bluenette positioned herself, getting into her first pose.

Then the music started. She danced gracefully while it played in the background, everything else turning out as she jumped and twirled. Everyone was amazed and at loss of words at how incredible she danced.

She moved with the music, with the beat. She danced her heart out as if her life depended on it. Ballet was always a life long dream aside fashion designing and sketching.

The whole time, Adrien's mouth was shaped like an 'O', watching this girl beautifully dance with the music. Perfect song, perfect dance, and perfect girl... Once Marinette had finished, he was the first one to clap while the others joined.

Chloe, on the other hand, didn't seem impressed. Crossing her arms, the honey blonde sashayed her way to Sabrina, her best friend. "That girl... I know Adrien likes her, I just feel it." She whispered. Sabrina just nodded.

"What are we going to do? Everyone looks impressed." Sabrina stated, pointing at the girl who was being crowded by people. She was showered with compliments, and the boys were intrigued by her. "That... That was amazing."

Marinette turned around and faced Adrien, smiling. "Th-Thanks... I haven't gotten many compliments..." She told him, fiddling with her fingers. Adrien's eyes widened. "Are you kidding me?! You're amazing! Those people must be blind!" The bluenette started to crack up, letting out a laugh that made Adrien blush. How cute.

"Marinette, right?" She bobbed her head up and down, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "You know, Marinette... You have potential." She couldn't speak. Adrien Agreste, son of Gabriel Agreste, her idol, was complimenting her!

Marinette felt as if she would collapse any second. She had fallen for this boy. Hard. Who wouldn't? His green eyes that would warm you up with his white pearl smile and golden locks of hair... She had only known him for 30 minutes, yet she felt like she knew him forever!

The girl took her bag, slinging over her one shoulder, slipping on her flats she would bring to ballet. Adrien glanced at the small pin on her bag, reading "Ballet for life" He had got the same pin. Perhaps he should ask her why.

"Hey," He tapped her shoulder lightly, startling the girl once again. "Where did you get the pin?" Marinette took her bag off and placed it on a nearby bench. "Oh, this? My mom gave it to me after she won. My mom used to be in ballet too." She replied, beaming a smile at the sudden thought.

"Is it um... Is it okay if you come to my house?" He paused. Her house? "I-I mean... Didn't you hear the ballet, instructor? She just explained we have to partner up and make our own ballet routine..." She mumbled. Adrien thought for a moment, face palming himself. "Oh right! Sure!"

"Well, I'll be going now. Get home safely, okay?" Adrien looked at the spot that used to be where Marinette stood, only to find her not to be there. He walked outside the room and found the petite girl in the other ballet room practicing a routine Adrien was very familiar with.

His father's.

She danced with his mother. The mother that disappeared when he was 7. But her routine was his father's. She reminded him of them. He opened the door quietly, tip-toeing to the bench and snickering to himself.

She still hasn't noticed he was here, watching her dance.

Something about Marinette was different. She was unique. Not like any other girl he had met. And he was glad that he had been asked to be her partner.

Maybe he already developed feelings after one day... Who knows? Maybe he likes someone else.

Love was complicated to him. He wasn't the type who would easily want to date someone. Especially after all his mother had gone through.

But maybe, just maybe, Marinette can fix him. Bring him back to the old Adrien who had friends and was very talkative.

Maybe Marinette was the key.

I'm liking how it sounds so far! Eeeeeeek!!! I hope you've enjoyed the chapter, and stay tuned for the next chapter! Comment, vote, and add to your library! Baboosh! 💋
