Kazoo pt 1

(E/C) stands for eye color. Why did I write this

You watched as the kids skipped in circles. Sighing, you looked down at your feet kicking up some grass. You wanted to go and play with them but you were to shy.

"Come on and play!" One of the kids yelled. You glanced up seeing him waving his hand at you and another boy. He stopped, going back and joining his friends. The boy in front of you started backing up but you didn't notice.

"It's lots of fun!"

The boy backed up even farther. Only within a few feet of you.

"Don't be shy!"

You nodded to yourself. This is it. You were going to go and play. You went to take a step, only to come ramming into the boy who was backing up.

"YAOUCH!" He screamed, grabbing onto his shoulder turning to face you. You looked up at him, his sparkling blue eyes staring into your (E/C) ones, "oh, hi!" he went to turn around but stopped, turning to face you again.

"Wait a minute... Who are you?" He asked chuckling slightly. You were just about to answer but someone cut you off. You and the boy looked towards the voice, seeing it was one of the kids. He turned to you

"See those kids, they want me to play" He told you pointing in their direction, "But, I can't.."

"Why not?" You asked looking deep into his eyes.

"I'll tell you a secret," He spoke, stepping closer to you, making you blush "Sometimes I get a little.. quiet when I meet lots of new kids."

"What's wrong?!"

"Don't you like to play?!"

He stared at you with shocked expression.

"Did you hear that?! Of course I like to play! You know what I like the most?" You shook your head, making him smile wide. He dug into his pocket pulling out a red stick looking thing. You took a closer look, wait.. A KAZOO?! You have always loved kazoos, they were your favorite thing.

"Look, my kazoo!" He put it up to his lips and played a tune.

"Wow! Is that a kazoo?!"

"I want a kazoo!"

"Yeah, kazoo with us!"

"They want ME to kazoo with THEM! WOW!" He gushed. Suddenly, his expression changed. "But, I can't do it alone."

"You're not alone!" You said smiling at him.

"I'm with you now, right?!" You nodded "We'll kazoo, together!" He brought his kazoo back to his mouth, playing the tune he played a few minutes before.   

"Come on, try it!"

You beamed, reaching into your pocket and pulling out your blue kazoo. You brought it to your mouth and you both played the tune together. He chuckled, staring into your (E/C) eyes.

"You know what? I think we're gonna be friends, special friends. And when i'm with friends, I like to have fun fun fun fun fun fun fun fun FUN!"

"Me too!" You told him causing him to smile more.

"I like to sing, dance, pretend, aaandd kazooo!"  Wow, you loved doing all of those things aswell!

"Wow!"

"Those are our favorites!"

"Yeah! Do em' with us!"

He turned to you. "Are you ready, partner? Lets all play TOGETHER!"
