Aomine x Reader

You revealed yourself to the mysterious guys as a bold and courageous being, catching the attention of a certain individual, who seemed to be an ace in basketball and also seemed quite straightforward and slack to you. Nevertheless he caught your attention too and in no time at all, you had developed romantic feelings for him. Overtime, Aomine would become more friendly and savage towards you, giving clear evidence that he did not view you as just another person. 

Aomine's P.O.V

"Aomine, what are you doing?" Asked Kuroko, taking a seat on one of the plush sofas near me. "isn't it obvious? I'm trying to sleep here." He sighed. "Aomine-kun, I'm going to be straightforward with you... Do you like (y/n)?" My ears perked, he wasn't suspecting me was he? "Why are you asking me that?" "Just answer the question." "So blunt. What 'like' do you mean exactly? Because I think she's a cool friend." "If that's all you think of her, that's fine, I'm just saying this to keep Akashi-kun from confronting you." "Tell him I'm not interested." Kuroko walked away, presumably to Akashi, I don't know. If I admit to my honest feelings about that human, I think I'm a little too interested in her to think of her as a 'cool friend'. I mean, what if I just gave up on her? All would be fine, right? My gut feeling said that was not the right thing to do at all. Whatever, I'll just tell her I'm a vampire and she'll back away. 

Normal P.O.V

The guys showed up like normal, we played but Aomine seemed a little off to me, he wasn't focusing as much as he should have been. At the end of the few games, I approached him, he was sitting alone on one of the benches. "Aomine, you alright there? You seemed really off today." He flinched after realizing I was there. "Uh yeah, I'm fine. Why do you care?" "Because I care about you." "What is that supposed to mean?" You were confused, why was he acting so flustered? "Don't friends care for each other?" "Oh, right." silence. "(y/n), I need to talk to you." you chuckled, "You already are." "I'm not who you think I am, you should stop talking to me. Or it'll hurt the both of us." You frowned. "I'm not gonna just stop talking to you... What is it?" He hesitated but then grabbed your arm and bit into it, drawing some blood. He was so quick you didn't even have the time to react. "There, I'm a bloodsucking bat... Now will you stop talking to me?" He looked away, not wanting to see your reaction. "I don't care what you are, you're a cool guy to me and that's final." "Wh-what? You're not gonna freak out that I literally just drank your blood?" "Nope. Well, I'm trying not to... I don't wanna just forget you I guess.. I like you.." You confessed. "Same goes for me, as sad as that is to admit."
