The Encounter

So finally I am here. with not much hustle bustle on the road I am alive and safe at this huge... no... Grand Hotel of Flamingos'.

I entered the building and was greeted by a beautiful young girl standing behind the reception desk.

"Good evening Miss. I am here to deliver these bouquets for the official ceremony of Mr. Flamingo. May I know the floor no. of the conference hall please?" I asked her politely.

"Good evening Miss. The floor no. is 23. Please make an entry into the guest diary" she informed.

I entered the details in the diary and turned to move towards the elevator.

Bang! I hit myself into a wall.

Wait, how can a wall appear in a few seconds at my back? I remember there was no wall behind me.

No! It's not a wall. That's a full toned masculine chest of.... Mr. James Flamingo? Seriously? Am I dreaming or what?

James Flamingo is the only son of Mr. Donald Flamingo from his first wife. And the sole heir of Flamingo empire. He is a popular name in the buzz world and is often scene in the paparazzi news.

"I am, am sorry Mr. Flamingo. I just didn't see you." I apologized timidly.

His dark blonde hairs, deep green eyes, perfect jaw and broad shoulders were too perfect for one man to hold.

"Careful, Miss?"

Oh my god! He is asking for my name? Shit! What's my name? Evelyn, yes Evelyn!

"umm ev.. evel.." I stammered

"Oh whatever. Just be careful next time." He said dryly.

"Brute" I murmured.

But his deep husky voice left chills in my body. I shrugged my thoughts away and headed towards the elevator.
