The small council consisted of uncle Jamie, Cersei, Gabe the master of coins and Killian, the son of some captain who led the war fleet of house Lannister.

Anthea was getting pretty bored. The only things they discussed were politics, war and financial problems. Not the most fun topics. She sighed as she leaned back in her golden chair. If this was going to be her life, than she was certainly going to die of boredom.

'We need gold for the upcoming war, but we don't have it. House Tyrell isn't there to finance us anymore and all our sworn houses have fallen to poverty,' Gabe said with a stern face.

'Have you considered the Iron Bank?' Cersei responded. Most of the time, it was her mother doing the talking.

'Not yet, my lady. But we all know how the Iron Bank thinks of us.'

'Do we?' Cersei raised an eyebrow. Gabe swallowed quickly, nervously tapping the table.

'We have lent gold in the past and never payed it back.'

'A Lannister always pays his debts,' her mother spat. 'You tell them that we have repaid every single piece of gold or you're fired.'

'But-'

'Please, stop it,' the queen sighed. 'Do we have to fight this war?'

She never understood why war would be good for anything.

'Your grace, if we refuse the call of the Boltons, they will attack us with the entire Northern army. It is less expensive if we join the winning side.'

'But why did the Boltons start this war anyway?'

Everyone blinked. They looked at each other and shook their heads.

'Eh... I don't know, your grace.'

'Then how do we know we pick the right side? The Boltons could be the problem.'

Her mother frowned and gave her a warning glare, but Anthea ignored her. Cersei wasn't so happy about that.

'Your grace, war is not about picking the side of good or evil. It is about strategy. If we join the remaining houses that are sworn to the Starks, we will certainly loose. The Boltons have gathered the big houses of the North to fight for them. They have the largest army,' her uncle spoke.

'But where are we going to get the gold from?'

'I may have got an idea,' Jamie began, 'but you won't like it, my lady,' he said to Cersei.
