Same with Witness chan, Victim chan is removed because Yandere dev said that they're only used as a gameplay featured in one video and were also not fully function characters in the game. But anyone can find them in Yandere dev's older builds. After when Victim chan was out of the game, Kokona Haurka is the new test rival ( KOKONA AINT AN OFFICIAL RIVAL, she's just a test rival/dummy for the players to test out the rival eliminations for the final game) again like Witness chan, Victim chan is gonna be in the final game since yandere dev wanted 100 students in the game
