Chapter 18

Wynter's Pov:

Three weeks ago we told the world we were engaged and since then press and paparazzi have been following us everywhere we go, one dude followed me into a dentist appoinment! Its been crazy but we get through it! Sooner or later they'll go away as luke keeps saying and honestly im really hoping its sooner rather than later! The other day i went to the mall to buy some clothes for jayde when i saw the cutest little onsie for a baby and this woman rushes up to me asking if im pregnant, like i cant go anywhere or do anything an its killing me! But it also got me thinking that i would like to have a baby with luke, i never really experienced much of the mom thing with jayde and if luke gets me pregnant then its like a fresh start but i don't wanna talk to him about it right now since we just got engaged.

Luke and i planned to have the wedding in April which is three months away, his mom is handling everything which is so sweet of her, she also made an appointment for me to go try on wedding dresses for the first of next month which is in a week! She said shes paying for everything but honestly i know lukes manager gave her a huge budget cause i heard luke talking with calum the other day.

Right now and for the next three hours i will be all alone in the house! The boys are recording and Liz took jayde for the night. I've decided now is as good a time as ever to eat and watch whatever i want! I look through the fridge and find some leftover meatballs from the other night and decide to heat them up then have ice cream and chips and soda for desert! Not the best mixture seeing as after i finish i run into the bathroom and puke my guts out.

Luke walks in worry visible in his eyes, "Dont worry! It was probably just the mixture of food i ate! Im fine." I smile at him, he nods and i stand up an flush the toilet. "Why are you back early?" I ask confused to see he's an hour an a half early, "Finished early an the boys went to a bar but i didnt want to so i came back!" He explains cuddling with me on the couch. I cuddle into his side and breathe in his scent, hes wearing axe today.

We ended up falling asleep an are woken when three drunk boys stumble into the house trying to be quiet. I stand up only to rush to the bathroom and throw up again like earlier, luke rushes in along with the three drunk an confused boys, whats wrong with me? I stand back up and flush the toilet before rinsing out my mouth and washing my hands, "I dont think its the food you ate wyn!" Luke explains, "Its probably just the stomach flue, don't worry!" I smile, he nods and the other three take off upstairs to their rooms to sleep off their drunken state.

This feeling feels familiar but most likely because its a stomach flu and ive had it plenty of times. I end up sleeping on the couch closer to the bathroom incase i need to throw up again. I sleep through the night not puking but when i wake up im rushing for the toilet again, i remember why i hated the stomach flu. The house is quiet and i check the time, 12:40am. Luke left me a note on the fridge saying they went to the studio again.

As i rush for the toilet the twentieth time this morning i decide to just sit on the ledge of the bathtub. I look down and see the basket beside the toilet where i keep my tampons and extra toilet paper...then it pops into my head...how many days ago did luke propose...a month ago or more...im late, my periods late!

This can't be happening, not yet! Not after i just got engaged! Im not ready yet! I need to get some tests, to make sure!

I rush out the door an down the street to the the closest pharmacy, i purchase two different tests and then rush back to the house and into the bathroom. It takes two minutes for the result and im scared as fuck!

I sit on the couch and hold one in each hand, it seems like two minutes is five minutes but when i look down, both sticks have two pink lines on them...it must be a dream.

The door opens and Liz walks in with jayde, i put the tests into my pocket and stand up to hug jayde, "Jayde baby! Why dont you stay in here and play with your dolls while mommy talks to grandma Liz!" I smile,

 "Okay mommy!" She smiles, i follow liz into the kitchen.

 "Is everything okay wynter?" Liz asks concerned.

I hesitatingly pull the tests out if my pocket and set them on the counter, she picks them up and then looks at me confused.

 "Why are you upset? This is exciting!" She exclaims

 "How am i gonna tell luke? We just got engaged...we haven't even talked about kids yet!" I exclaim.

"You just gotta tell him! Hes gonna be happy, don't worry! Ever since he was little he told me he wanted to be a husband one day and have three beautiful children!" She exclaims, i nod and put the tests back in my pocket.

I stop worrying about what might happen and just realize..I'm pregnant! I smile and look at Liz, "I'm pregnant!" I smile again.

 "Another gran baby!" She smiles, she hugs me and then pulls away.

 "Let me know when you tell Luke!" She exclaims, an as if right on cue the boys walk through the door.

 "Daddy!" Jayde giggles running to Luke.

 "Hey gorgeous!" He smiles picking her up, the other three boys smiling around them, Luke hands her off to Mikey and joins us in the kitchen.

 "hey mum!" He says hugging Liz.

 "Hi Hun!" She smiles, "Well I'll give you two a minute!" She says looking at me, Luke looks at me confused.

"I have something to tell you!" I explain  quietly, he furrows his eyebrows in confusion. "Well um...I didn't want this to happen seeing as we just got engaged.." I explain.

 "Did you cheat on me?" He asks, voice full of hurt, I widen my eyes in shock 

"No of course not! Why would you think the worse?" I exclaim.

 he shrugs and grabs my hand, "If it's not that then what is it that's so hard to tell me?" He asks quietly...

"I think maybe I should show you instead.." I whisper and slowly bring the tests out of my pocket and pass them to him...he looks down at them then up at me and smiles before kissing me.

 "You're pregnant?" He smiles, I nod.

 "Pregnant?" He says again smiling wider, I nod and smile this time. 

"yeah!" I reply, he smiles again and picks me up in a hug and kisses me, the boys and Liz walk in, Liz already smiling and the boys looking confused but curious.

Luke sets me down, I turn towards the boys an we smile at them.

"I'm pregnant!" I say showing them the tests.

They all congratulate us and I finally realized I was worried for nothing because the reaction I got from Luke was way better than what I was hoping for! I'm still nervous though...how are we gonna buy baby stuff with all the press and paparazzi around and how are we gonna tell the fans and how am I gonna tell jayde...how will jayde react!? It just all really worries me but in the long run I shouldn't be worried because this is amazing.
