(The journey starts off 6 months later, with a war torn Steven Yuuki, going into a first person perspective.)
"Damn...I can't believe it's already been 6 months since I lost my best friend, the love of my life, and my comrade. This sucks..", I said to myself in a depressed voice.
I heard loud Grimm cries in the distance.
"Grimm, eh? I guess I can get some practice in.", I said to myself, pulling out my pistols, Light and Shadow.
I followed the Grimm's noises, but suddenly, I was stopped by a masked man.
"Here, you forgot these a few months back.", the man said, dropping two, bright yellow gauntlets in front of me.
"These are...Ember..Celica..? You...you bastard! Where the hell is Yang Xiao Long!? Why the hell would you attack her and give me this scar!?", I yelled as the sigil on my arm turned red.
The man started to walk away as I aim my pistols at him.
"You bastard!!!", I called out, firing rapidly at the masked man, but he soon disappeared into the shadows.
I was broken to see that my girlfriend, Yang Xiao Long's weapon now in my hands.
"No...I have to push forward. I'll find you, Yang.", I said to myself.
I picked up the ammo-less Celicas and put them on, and continued to follow the Grimm cries.
There it was, the Grimm being taken down by what was seen as a red blur.
"Is that..?", I questioned myself.
"That should do the trick!", a voice said.
"Nicely done.", another voice said.
I gazed at the figure that took off her hood and who I saw took my eye completely.
I saw Ruby Rose.
